Booked a flat and suffering a lot. CRMs and marketing team are not professional and giving false commitments. Even we raise our concern to higher management, they wont bother and also nothing will happen. More or less typical government organization. I think they will spoil the brand name of 150 years old TVS very shortly. If anybody wants more details, I ll share the conversation between TVS and us for reference. My suggestion is try to avoid.

Customer satisfaction is zero percentage.very worst responsive from team .dont buy a property by name of brand tvs I suffered lot form past 1 year very worst .

Fully money oriented peoples.. Please dont consider this property just because of brand name.. Once you booked the property thats all.. they will not even consider or listen to any of your request..and if there is 0 rating option I will give that only.. Whoever reading this review please consider it.. I m not writing this as like that.. I have seen everything personally and what I faced I am writing here.. So consider before you pay amount to them. Once paid you cant get anything from them.

I recently bought 2bhk here, Its well designed and good quality of construction, Sales and Customer service team guiding us properly for each and every step of process. Proper safety measures,construction plans, approval process has been abide as per the govt norms.

Am writing this on my own personal experience. Their customer relationship Manager Gayathri handling customers very rude with cheap attitude. She is not at all giving respect to customer. I dont know how brand like tvs recruited this inefficient and incapable lady to handle a customer.

I am sharing my property purchase experience with TVS Emerald Green Enclave Project, since i was booked flat in Mar 2020 end with Token Advance of 1 Lac, then due to COVID19 and job loss issue i had cancelled the booking in June 2020, however i got only 50K as refund after 3 months later and remaining 50K they were deducted as cancellation charges without any investment nor sale of property (during this 3 months most of us were in COVID19 lock-down), despite i had mentioned clear reason for the cancellation under this pandemic, however they are not ready to listen nor consider.I was really not satisfied with the brand and the experience what i had with this TVS emerald green enclave project and mainly sales team they were given lots of pressure for payments frequently, they are mainly money oriented like other brands.I would recommend to consider all above and be careful about your T&C, etc before take your decision, brand is nothing unless they are supportive to their buyers, since as a individual we are not doing any due diligence process, simply believing and taking decisions will end up with loss.Finally all of them are money oriented and not at all giving good feel to customers or end users....and rate is quite high, locality not good in terms of environment, overall project space is not best utilized format.

Good location to invest and good project with massive open space.Clear and genuine explanation about overall projects,with upcoming blocks (450+ apartments)Look like mini township.Good ceiling height and door heights and we interior choices as per your taste.

I am not recommending this project and builder, since the price is expensive, UDS no body will make use of it until unless avail the space as a individual, maintenance free is already included on the flat cost, design and layout not good to utilize like square or rectangle type layout, deadline extended which is big burden for flat buyers but their price still same, so overall not worth for buying. and Money oriented sales team.

After my lot of Research with all properties ,I purchased flat in GreenEnclave,I visited model house and actual site with in the safety limit .Construction progress is faster and quality of construction is good.Service with sales guy and customer relationship is good and responding me at all the time even my late hours.They committed properly in terms of handingover,payment structure etc.Worth buying for my life time investment.

I did visit for buying and they took me inside their site to show progress of construction. The sales people were very cordial to show us around and explain the project. Very nice location.

Good ambience,lot of open space and good drinking water.Sales person and his team guided me to choose gud apartment.Customer relationship supported very well for loan process.For the brand I will suggest people to buy here.

One of the unhappy customer with TVS. I booked the apartment becuase of the brand TVS. But they are more money minded.The payment terms are so difficult to understand. They always keep on asking release the moneyAll other builders are providing grills for window as default. In TVS you need to pay additional amount for window grills...Like that Everything is customization and make it money.Discuss clearly regarding the payment terms before signing the agreement. Sales person Will not explain clear about the payment terms.Dont fall because of brand name, think twice before booking the apartment in TVS

I have booked a unit TVS green enclave unit B314 Sales person Mr.Sathish presentation was excellent and project looks so good and worth for your money. Site construction work was very neat and highly professionalThe main reason to book for me to book there is1. Highest percentage of UDS sharing2. Project is totally covered greenary3. Providing solar panel to all homes which reduce your electricity bill.4. Excellent elevation

I choosed TVS green enclave project.One of the biggest mistake i did in my life. Worst developers,Fully money minded.Till date only half of the construction is completed, but the finance team request to pay full payment, if failed to pay they will charge interest also. Worst staff behavior, they will treat as slave once you signed the agreement with themThere is no confirmation on delivery date of apartment. Till date they are not ready to allow inside the construction site also.They are not ready answer any of your questions. they need only money from you. They will not pick your call once you paid the amount.While starting the project they announced as 374 units and 6 towers in 9.45 acres.Now they are increasing 100 units without any information to customers.All people here are sepaking about Quality, anyone went inside your unit and checked the status. Is they allowed site visit inside your unit?The ceiling height is very low compare to any other builder.All doors are very height compare to other builderThey will not provide safety grills for any window when all builders are giving as default.

Money oriented builder..plz dont fall with them..then you will lose your life.

Good project at the right place. Excellent sales team giving the best support they can. When u visit the site for the first time, you can meet Mr Srikanth, Mr Ganesh Sales Manager, Mr Basavaraj from sales to get full clarity of this project.Under civil, Mr Ashwin was the best. He was very clear of what can be done and what cannot.But all the above factors including TVS reputation is completely spoiled and buried by the CRM Ms. GAYATHRI. She will make ur life a hell and feel what a blunder we had made by investing 1.4 crores in this project.We booked 3bhk in 2019 and later on shifted over to 4bhk. We lost more than 50k because of her irresponsible behavior and negligence towards customers requirements. Even during this pandemic they raise demand note by giving a time limit of 10days without prior intimation. And if we fail to pay or if we ask for 7days extension they demand us interest for the same. But while taking ur booking they assure that we will be given a months time to meet the demand amount thro official mail. Even the delay is due to loan personnel official process, they wont accept.Also they wont allow you to have any site visits even while raising the demand. They will just send a Pic of 2 walls and claim that the construction is going on.Dont ever go by there words. Take every assurance they give in writing.They will allow u for site visit only till they take your advance payment for booking.There is no assurance of handover within specified time. A Block was assured to handover by Dec 2020, which was later extended to June 2021 due to lockdown. Till date they had not.PLEASE DONT GO BY THE LOOKS AND TVS BRAND NAME.Even if the management says YES, the CRM Gayathri will always have a NO with rude behavior.
