Today i had attended the interview as mentioned venue.Its about my feedback to the interview process conducted by HCL HR.First of all before conducting the interview process the concerned person should screen my resume if i am not suiting to the required position, why i am supposed to wait from morning 09:30 am to 3:00 pm, that too if they said morning of first round itself i would have left place. they made me wait upto lunch hour, after lunch hour, concerned person whom i was interviewed saying i am not suitable to the position may be i was called for the required openings in future. Finally they mentioning that i am not suited and not shortlisted.i feel really disappointed.Actually this was second time i am facing this situation please address to the concern department.
