A real professional service centre. They let you interact with the technicians directly to explain your problem which in many service centres, they do not. They try their best to solve the problem to the last extent. In my case, I do know there is no hope left with my laptop as its Motherboard got fried still I wanted to give it a try. They had my laptop and tried to fix it but after a couple of weeks they returned me it saying it is hopeless. But also they didnt charge me a penny for their service. Also the laptop was out of warranty period. So, I recommend you guys to pick this place for whatever you want to service for to get a genuine service.

Very poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Went for Asus motherboard service referred by F1 (So called Asus authorised service centre) but the person there was not ready to help us even though we were ready to pay and not claim warranty.

I had to go there for replacing a segate external hard disk, I got it done. But it took me a couple of weeks to get it back, even after I told them I was in a hurry.! Got it after a month or so. Could improve for good.

The person over there will help you in every possible way they can. Language wont be an issue. Location can be an issue. Its better to hire local train to reach there faster as its very near to the local train station.

Its a good place. Quite and quick working place.Its not too far from the station and you can easily find this place. They made their office in an apartment but can be easily find because of the board outside their gate.The place is quite, also clean. There the crowd is less and you can easily go anytime within the working hours. The crowd is less that if you go your work will be done within minutes i think because mine was done in 2-5 minutes.The place is approx 10-15 minutes by walking and there are too many turns but the people around there are too good that they will show you the path.The office is at 2nd floor and there is also lift for going and after reaching the 2nd floor the office is on your right and there are also chairs for waiting and to wait for your trun.

Very good service went there for my SD card which was not working. The staff received me in a decent way and verified my details then was asked to wait for 5 minutes. I was given a new SD card in sometime without any hassles or questions. Great service!!

A warehouse of service & replacements, the person in charge is quite friendly.Remember to contact him on product availability prior to visiting the place, here needs a valid RMA to process the request.They even do data recovery in hard-disk here, costs 1000rs for service, 50rs for every Gb recovered

Watchman was cocky, gate was locked. we both saw each other. He didnt even respond to questions, he saw me through and outcasted me like treating a beggar or something. No respect..Cant believe international brand service center having a worst security man.Worst experience. Nothing harm would come by replying or using hand gestures. Date-30 June 2018

I had approached this place for an Asus product replacement. Had a few initial hiccups. But at the end got served well.

Friendly people and good technicians. They are the authorized service centers for a bunch of different brands including Asus and Kingston. They replaced my SSD no questions asked. They also do some value added services like HDD data recovery and e-waste management.

Piece of mind to service....And make a more trustable one ..

Id say best place to take your laptop for service in whole city. They explain to you the issue and not just that but also measures to take care of the machine. Amazing experience.

Authorised service centre for ASUS laptop and SANDISK products.(including warranty)But you can service your any laptop here (not under warranty)

I was there twice for servicing my laptop. They charged nominally and they delivered on time. You have a good waiting area with lot of chairs.

I had a SanDisk USB which suddenly stopped working , the process was simple, I applied for the RMA which was approved after sometime by providing all necessary details such as Invoice, Photos etc..I was later emailed a RMA Number which upon presentation along with the pendrive gave me a quick and easy return... flawless service...

Official service centre for sandisk. but dont go here with a corrupted product. first go to the website and fill RMA form. once your rma is accepted then go to the centre for replacement. theyre quick and responsive

Please be noted that 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month is a holiday. Went all the way to see a closed gate and return. No one picks up the phone.

Good one among the three ASUS authorized service center n Chennai. They charged 400 for OS install on preloaded laptop. Rest of the two other service center charge more than this Amount. I recommend this one in term of cost & quality of staff and service. They also provide support for ADATAs RAM

Went here with a RMA number to replace my sandisk memory card as it does not detect in any device and they did their service very well... Eventhough the product is 4years old one, they replaced it with a new one since the product does not have any physical damage...also my friend has done a pendrive replacement here successfully last month....
