A good start for Freshers to start a career in IT.chennai has a well built infrastructure and lush green campus .It has everything necessary for an IT organisation to function.The recreational part is top notch with spa,sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool.Separate spaces are available for all sports.

Yesterday its party day for us wowwwww factory unlocked happiness and joy events thanks to Josh team for arranging this event as a successful day for all tech mighties . Love to be tech m.

I work there. Environment is good. Only if youre an IT guy you can enjoy. But for BPO, youll die.

TechM is one the beautiful company in chennai. Its having more than 50 acres if site. All the building are just built up to 4 or below 4 floors. Total company will ve decorated with trees and plants, you can see more green things. I really love to work in TechM❤️.

There are many things that I can say about this but the one which I love the most is the Security Guys These are doing there jobs with all there heart. Always smiling and welcoming. Sometime they go extra mile to help you. I have lived that. The other best thing is the campus is fun to roam around. Best reasonable Tea you got there. The last one is here we have Day Care inside the campus.

Its located in a very pleasant environment. Its a office inside a big garden. Buildings are well designed in old way. Not too high not too low. Lot of projects run from here. Cafeterias are okay. Lot of parking available along with Cricket grounds. Outside the main gate the entire tech park houses other companies but still it not well maintained. You have to face lot of traffic during office hours.

Good place to learn life and how to develop by yourself.

Very good place. 5 different Software development blocks and 2 Food courts. Not even a single buildings have not more than 3 floors. Apart from work Organization have looked forward towards health, sports and games. There is a big ground where employees play football and cricket. There are two tennis courts and two shuttlecock courts and volleyball court. A swimming pool, Gym, Tablet tennis, Carrom board, Chess and Snooker. A yoga room where in the morning employees can perform yoga and in other game timing there are musical instruments in the same room which they can use. Muslim employees perform prayers in the very same yoga room.As everything have pros and cons. Above every games have timing to play. And not all the games are free, for few games you have to pay.Remaining everything is as usual like any other organizations.

Volleyball, badminton, basketball courts, cricket net pitch, both clay and lawn courts for tennis, swimming pool, Table tennis, carroms, gym, pool and other indoor and outdoor games are available. Wow-what an experience.

Wonderful campus, smoke free, swimming pool. There are small parks within each building for associates to sit and enjoy coffee. Parking is at the periphery of campus hence vehicular movement is not interrupted by people movements, canteen is awesome, veg, non veg in separate floors. Amphitheatre, sports courts etc. All and all a wonderful campus....

Place is good and need to walk almost 1km to meet hr from entrance. For freshers need to wait for full day to complete interview and same goes with experience candidate. Need email before you walkin for interview. Ask questions so i can update it

Best infrastructure in Elcot. They build the company within the rules. They limit the height is well good. The ground is not strong to carry the weight of multi stores. The company is very vast and lot of open space and greenary. I came for interview 2 tome and got rejected. I am now working in sipcot but i will definitely come back. The HR was very friendly and supporting they actually told me the area which should improve. That is very good. Thanks for that.

Greeny office with friendly employees. Flexible management, but no appraisal nothing. Company is simply in execution without a vision.

Went there for an interview got selected and was asked to submit my documents. But after all that they didnt send me my offer letter nor did they bother to attend my call, wasted a month waiting for that. The HR team must be monitored properly. But the campus was amazing and canteen was mediocre at best.

It is good and all is secured and under control.

Great place to work. Excellent infrastructure with Swimming pool. One Unique thing I would say that there is only 3 floors in each SDB which is Eco friendly and also they are using Solar Panels for lighting

Nice company with less politics...I have not worked here...but my husband works here and he said the management is good somewhat compared to other corporate companiesReposting after 6 moths now...there as bean a lot of changes now a days...freshers as been given importance and tenured techs are chucked out...he joined before a year and it was a good company then now it started it BPO politics like other companies since the employees are growing into multiples...lots of politics and TLs and management started to lean for freshers he said...so bringing my own ratings from 5 to 2...

Worked in a rented building here. Has long way to walk to reach a building if you travel by foot. Taxis are not allowed inside the premises.Lunch is finished by 2.30. Therefore have to reach before that to buy a good meal.

Tech Mahindra located in Shollinganalur, Chennai. One of the best MNC Company in Chennai, which was a great experience in the company.

Weekend Drives are very crowded. More panel can be planned rather than having one panel for large crowd.

Worst company. Lot of politics. Only upper management gets more benefits than employees. Entire company is set up in such that however way a manager manage employees does not matter but only the results. There is no organized policies in the company. Using lot of loopholes in USA laws. Currently blacklisted in USA. HCL is under Immigration Department,USA and Department of Labor,USA investigation. Many people filed cases with Dept of Labor in USA.
