Very rude behaviour for collecting the blood sample from home. Worst home service. Dont waste mor

There was a woman who received the call today and denied collecting blood sample at home and denied saying her name. She was rude. I asked her to behave as we were all patients looking for help and still she was rude.

Very Bad Experience.I went for an annual health check up 2 weeks ago. No one was wearing mask or gloves. And also when i got the report, the blood group was wrong. When i asked them about the blood group, they are not ready to respond. Not attending phone calls and not replying in whatsapp also. When a lab report gives incorrect blood group, how can we trust all the other reports of that test? Very irresponsible. Never ever go to that lab. You wont know whose blood / urine report you will get. They are playing with your health and you wont even get a response from them if something wrong happens.

Very late and bad assistance...Literally very worst...Due to my father accident we have go for a sugar test..So we called them..they r not responding properly Surya lab at camproad very bad worst.. activity..We wont recommend any more patients for this lab for any of the tests..

Location is at well communicated place. Staffs are co-operative. Floor area of lab is too small and functioning in old building.

No professionalism in there service, they are servicing the people like in early 80 , where the report will be handover directly only in lab, but they are lying like 40 extra should be paid for giving the report at home address, later denying like never said. Grow up to send the reports to email atleast.
