Today I have been to this bank, requesting for Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojan form, , but none of the staff are aware of it. One of the staff requested me to meet the manager, met him, but he said to meet the other staffs. Was running pillar to post for this form. No body has the knowledge of this form.. So benefit in this branch.. Waste of energy..

Usual government bank, very basic facilities, slow service, manager seems to be hard working. Has an ATM outside that never works.

Nothing to say about this branch, only a few friendly staff, rest dont bother to smile with customers. A branch that needs lot of improvements in both looks as well customer relation

But I dont like manager because he is scolding every customer without any reason but other staffs are good expect him

Branch shutter opens at 9:45. Only 3 people are there to run the branch. Usually first transaction happens at around 10:30.
