Often visit this place ... Only thing I noticed was that they are not customer friendly.. and for any queries answer is silence.. the guy who is cleaning the shop without washing the hands... Will be in the cash counter... When request for phone pe payment again a blank look.. these all happened in morning hours

We enjoyed our experience at Chai Waale. There’s limited seating and it’s self service. Tends to be packed during weekends and holidays. The lemon tea, paneer sandwich and brownie were excellent. The Mexican sandwich turned out to be a coleslaw sandwich which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was great!

Love there tea, one of the best option in anna nagar, veg sandwich, bread butter, maggi few good options of munching, recently they have added soup but needs to develop in taste, as it taste like its made from packet soup in hot water, but love the tea like ginger, masala, tuls, hibiscus or even lemon cooler too is awesome.

Good tea shop, must try , they provide good services good taste and little cost but best for space, taste, services and its in main area..Can spend time here no worries about space, they have very spacious so can have a chill time with ur buddies...Must try noodles samsosa very good and tasty and others also good..So must try for Tea lover☕☕☕

Nestled just in the right spot between two large departmental stores... This place has a nice banter and ambience that chai lovers will like... Their quick snack options and varieties of Chai are good... In my latest visit I relished some good quality momos and the perfect sized ginger tea.... Refreshing! Do try your size of tea and accompaniments here!A pouch of sanitiser after the tea meant we didnt have to wash our hands after handling the glasses... Cheers!

Tea was lukewarm. Maggi samosa was horrible. Paneer puffs had no paneer in it. Vanilla donut was okayish. Not great experience overall.

A lovely cozy joint in a basement right beside Apollo pharmacy. Amazing variety of tea, coffee and snacks. I have so far tried their tea, masala tea, coffee, cold coffee, tomato soup, hibiscus tea and sulaimani tea. The plain veg sandwich with green chutney and tea is a must have. Their noodle samosa and panneer momos are good too. Rates are very reasonable, social distancing norms are followed. They have cups to suit each persons requirement. So if you want a jug load of coffee, I think its rs50/- and the quantity is huge.

Various types of Tea flavours available.... Menus are tagged at very nominal prices... Quantum seems to be very less... They just add flavours, toppings and add-ons etc with Maggi... Those who expect the most will not get satisfied... But its better to go for a snack... All menus are priced at ₹₹... They even provide discounts to particular dishes on different days...! Tea and pastries tastes awesome...

So if you want to spend sometime here then better visit over the weekdays rather than weekends.There is a separate biscuit section and they have a variety of biscuits and they too tasted good.Overall, nice place to chit chat, have some beverages and snacks, take some biscuits home.

Chai Waale as the name says are famous for Chai but apart that if you want to try something else to fill your tummy then go for Poha. I have never eaten Poha like this in my life before. It is sufficient enough for two people. Talking about the space and ambience, during peek hours it looks kinda compact to me but otherwise it is medium sized and the amibence is great as it welcomes people from various age group. Loved their Elachi and Dum Chai. The chai tastes far better than the other tea chains and there is no powder at the bottom of the glass.The only drawback is that the place is cramped.

Whenever we order paneer momos, through swiggy, we get paneer Maggie instead! This is happening second time. Not sure if your shop employees understand the orders placed.

Highest price among the tea chains , lowest thickness of milk among the teachains , but has many variations in tea while others have only few , some tea are not mentioned in menu card itself

The boost was light he just mixed a spoon to show it as boost and when we asked the manager he refused and replied in rude manner. 35 rupees waste and their service is very very bad... when we request to consider the consumer request he just refused in name of company rules I dont which company rules asked them to disrespect the consumer...
