Wonderful hotel, I really enjoyed there. Amazing hospitality and good service by their staff members.

Good hotel

Hotel located in heart of Istanbul, rooms are clean, tidy and big, mini bar has huge variety of drinks. Hotel has been renovated and everything is new. AC works perfectly. Staff is responding really fast and they will meet all your needs. Area around the hotel is quiet, which is good for sleep after a long sightseeing thru Istanbul. Beds are comfortable and soft. The only thing they need is pool and it would be 5 star hotel. Price is reasonable and it comes with free breakfast. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep and relax, this is the right hotel.

Small room and very noisy! The staff was nice, but they kept trying selling is their airport shuttle transfer thing which is way more expensive than regular taxis

I had a great time in Yigitalp. We had three rooms, one family room with a queen bed, which had a connecting door to a room with three beds, and another with three beds. Five adults and two kids. The best things about Yigitalp are its friendly staff, cleanliness and location. It is a five minute walk from the Tram station, or Metro station, or bus station. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. The complimentary breakfast is good, and there is a Turkish bath on the premises which my wife and daughters enjoyed. The hotel provides luxurious transport for pick and drop from the airport for 50 euros (both pick and drop included) Istanbul is a tourist friendly city. The scenery is beautiful, the people are beautiful, the transport system is excellent. So go to Istanbul, stay at Yigitalp or the hundreds of other hotels, and enjoy. But avoid yellow taxis if you are single or old and vulnerable 😒

I stayed last night at Yigitalp hotel and it was amazing experience. First the smell of the hotel is really nice which is something matters for me and it was so clean. Also the staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Good hotel with not such a great breakfast. Location is good if you prefer to stay in the city center but not ideal if you look for quite and touristic places!

Truely four stars. But a very familiar and family friendly hotel with all amenities. Positioned nearby of all sightseeing places in walking distance. All other places a reachable via nearby metro and vitiy busses. Inside also a little spa and nice restaurant where the owner greets everyone personally. Id really recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Smoking is allowed inside the rooms and in the corridors. Even if you are in a non-smoking room, cigarette smoke comes to your room through ventilation. So, cigarette smoke is always with you, if you stay here.Personnel is unpleasant. When I checked-in they couldnt take my money because of technical reasons. We agreed that Ill pay later. I suggested that they will remind me somehow. And they did. They just deactivated my room key and spoke with me in a rude way.

The room was clean and the service was very good espacially from Celal and Onur. I was not happy about how the Front Office treated the very common kind of scam which includes the transfer companies not picking up their guests from their rooms to the Atatürk Airport. I just asked the night auditor to confirm for me the fact, that Holiday Taxis didnt sent a fax to the reception for telling me when they are going to pick me up, so I can receive my money back from my travel agency. He declined my simple request and told me to wait until 6 am altough I didnt receive any kind of booking confirmation. This is not save therefore I had to order a shuttle and pay twice the amount.

A good hotel, but when someone stole a hand case, no one moved a finger, it was like it is a normal thing and there was no reaction from the personal.

The hotel runs in good shape, the rooms are clean and the area is somewhat quiet. In our particular room, the internet was very slow and the views were a wall of buildings. But for what we wanted it for, it was very worth it.

The hotel is hygienic, but the hair dryer is terrible, you smell cigarette directly on your face, the air conditioners have a problem with the ventilation, the rooms of this hotel are old, the bathroom is renovated, but in general, the sound insulation is good. We are a bit annoyed by the treatment of the receptionists for the transfer of the hotel that we had contracted with the agency, they have not helped us and they wanted to sell us theirs. The location is great. From the Grand Bazaar approx. To the 15 min walk and from the Hagia Sophia 25 min. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had stomach problems and the staff had extra light food which was not prepared on the menu and some remedies due to my cold. I will definitely go there again.

We stayed in this hotel from Monday 15/09 to Thursday 18/09. Hotel located in the Fatih neighborhood, where you can easily reach the most important sites both by tram or on foot (15 min.) .Staff always friendly and helpful, too bad none of them speak Italiano.La good breakfast although little assortita.Pulizia in the rooms good but the bathrooms were insufficient not 4 star.

Was a nice hotel. Clean. Nice furniture. Food was versatile. But the staff could be a little more accommodating and friendly.

Correct breakfast food.I treat the client very well. Our bags were taken to our rooms.Very good Wifi and hardly any cuts.Bliss in the good room. Although it was not hydromassage, something that we had in previous hotels.Overall this was the second best hotel for me and my partner.
