The ambiance was good. They are following covid guidelines. The food is above average nothing stands out, but all tasted good. The service was fast. The quantity of the foods were satisfying. The cost is moderate.

Good food and service. Andhra Chicken gravy does not taste good, however Mutton Rohanjosh was outstanding. Fish meals is also great. This place situated just at the right location i.e neither city centre nor outer.

Visited twice because first experience was great, but second time:1. Ordered items werent timely served2. Had to cancel one of the dish due to delay though there was no rush3. Basic management to start serving order was missing, as had to ask again & again.4. All main meal curries had very hard pieces, less pieces because I had earlier experience on them, not sure if I was not looking good that day ;)I would not go again there, I think every customer is important if they serve they must serve with proper hospitality & quality, because the charge will not go down.

Nice place to have Dinner and lunch. Good ambience and lighting. Well maintained and sanitized in this covid. Food quality and quantity are value for money. The best place to spend time with family, friends and couples. Also for the birthday treats and get togethers.

You can try this restaurant with eyes closed, not so high pricing and not so low either, taste wise its good for what you pay. I tried south indian foods which was tasty as expected. I recommend you to try their Mutton Biryani and Falooda. You wont be disappointed with this two😋

Taste is good but little pricy. They dont offer you anything extra even if you buy more than 2000rs. (Even Just a mint chutney or mayo)

Spacious, luxurious with top class ambience.The price of the items is almost equal to what a normal restaurant charges.Quality and Quantity of the food they provide is also good and worth it. Started a couple of weeks ago... The quality of food must be taken care a bit... The service towards the customers is very much poor... Every food you order comes to your table after 30 minutes only... Other than that the infrastructure and facilities inside and outside the hotel is good... There is a large parking area which can accommodate up to 15 cars and many number of bikes...The quality of food and service alone must be taken care...

Good hotel but not for Sundays.The hotel ambience is good, food taste is good. But service is very poor on Sundays. I took my family two weeks earlier though we got seated getting the ordered food was difficult.We also ordered something for take-away which never came. When I raised this point to the supervisor he said Today is Sunday so...As I walked out I found many people were waiting to get seated so I thanked God that we got seated the moment we entered.Great so good hotel avoid on Sunday. In fact we went back last week on Saturday thought of the hotel but we were suppose to go to other place so gave a miss.Today on 21st we are at Avadi again but I deliberately gave a miss to Hotel Elite because you know why IT IS SUNDAY. We picked another hotel serving was real fast earlier it was called Hotel Aya now renamed as Pandian Hotel.

Biriyani is not like expected...

Please be careful while buying sweets. I bought mini jangri on 8/7/21 and gave it to my relative and I am ashamed a lot for that sweets as it smelt bad and rough, indicating expired sweets. No supervision to see date of arrival and expiry and changing items.

Just a quick chat with the owner, .... I am not interested in fast growth by adding taste enhancer, it is not in my purchase order... You should not have trouble with your stomach after a meal here.... No unnecessary oil... The taste is all natural... More or less like home. You should give it a try... But some may not feel heavy because there are no additives.

Worst service... We ordered baby corn which was too salty and when we asked for fruit salad icecream, they served milkshake. But soup is good and ambience is good.

This place has lots of customers on holidays which is a very good thing, but their service is not that fast. We have to wait for the seat and also for the food, i personally loved hariyali chicken kebab. Chicken butter masala was okay, i felt that the naan and parotta was not cooked well. On the whole was a decent meal but was not worth for the money. Rate could be reduced or the quality and quantity can be increased. Atmosphere is quite good, its a good place for family and friends for lunch and dinner. Hope next time i have a very good experience here. And sorry as i was very hungry could not wait to take photos 😂
