I booked one single room in online for 380 rupees, very reasonable with neat maintenance. 2 kms far away from Chennai railway station. If you are looking for budget room with minimum quality this is the right choice.

Comfortable stay at most affordable price and I booked single bedroom with my booking.cim @385 on 19th September of 2020 during covid-19 pandemic and it is completely safe to stay here and good staff behaviour ☺️☺️🤠😺

Normal room with cockroaches. When ever you leave the room out the cockroaches will occupy your bed. Full of salt water, if you are cooking with that water you no need to use salt. More over the water so dirty n in the color of bright orange. When I ask with the owner about the water he said all waters coming from ground only. For the next two months there is no water at all, in that case what will you do? Like this the owner asked me. Its in the hot spot of the city but the owner dont have heart at all. Bathroom is not clean n I cant take bath at all. Im so disappointed.

Staff service was too good, they were polite and friendly.Stayed there for five day and had a pleasant stay. Clean rooms and spacious. Provided with attached bathroom and tv. Water was quite good when comparing to other hotels in triplicane.

A very good example of a very bad hotel, i have never seen such rude, unprofessional and non ethical staffs and receptionist anywhere but here. the rooms were untidy and smelly, seemed like the rooms and bathroom are not cleaned in decades, the rooms were full of dust and cockroaches felt like the rooms where hired by the insects, glad i didt find any snakes here. the worst hotel i have ever been.

Their sister hotel NB palace were overbooked and didnt tell us, instead tried to sell us a more expensive room. So they sent us to their sister hotel, Charminar Residency. Wifi password they gave was wrong one. Room was dusty, dead cochroaches, dirty toilet bathroom, smelly, aircon needs servicing. Staff were very noisy at 11pm and 4 am to 7am. Could not sleep because of noise and the room was not fully dark due to outside lights. No mobile phone network or connection at all inside the room.I give it a 1 star. Only stay here if you have to.

Positive: Utterly very bad to stay and in all the way its very bad hopeless, I reserved a bath attached but provided common bath in the top floor, cleanliness bathroom and no lift very poor staffed also. Negative: Behaviour of staff And nothing to say good.

Per day cost is around 1200/- for a room.Maximum 3 members can share a room.TV and food ordering is available here. It is inside a lane. If this is not empty then there is another residency opposite to this in that same lane. There is a hotel also in that lane. No problem for food, water and current here.

Negative: Hotel location is very good but theres service is very bad ac was not working tv issues.

Bed bugs and Cockroach were present in room. Room service was not even good. water was dirty cant even think to bath and even facewash. Wont recommend anyone. Only electricity and ac was good and even wont provided blanket and washroom stuff.

A good restaurant for dinner with family and friends also...... the foods also verytesty..... but its take quiet much times....

Rooms were excellent for two persons!! Service was great. Kitchen is good. You will have good time at this place.

If you are staying on a monthly basis , they charge not for a month but for 1 day lesser than a month . If you enter on 12 , they ask you to pay on 11 th of the next month , and then 10 th of subsequent month etc . Spoke to owner but he doesnt understand English and was not cooperative . For everything he says Speak to Manager . Rooms are good but Zero Ventilation . For a Day or two its Okay .

Really bad experience, bathroom not clean, sheets old and personal not really nice, but first of all is literally FULL OF COCKROACHES!!!! During the day only couple of them appeared, okay we can menage it, but in the evening as we came back for dinner, they started to come out from everywhere!!! there were so many, also in the bed , under the mattrass everywhere!! we runned away and they obviusly kept the money :( really disappointed, a place like that in Europe would close immidiatly, plus is not that cheap for a basic room in India!!
