Great place, conveniently located to hotels and shops. Rooms are well maintained and fiurnished.

The hotels location is really good. The staff over there are polite. All the amenities like water bottle, heater, AC etc are available.

The stay was excellent. Smooth check in. The room was ready when i went. Clean room with comfortable beds. Linen was clean. Towel and basic toiletries were provided. The staff were very helpful. The manager Mr Pillai, was down to earth and was also very helpful. The proximity to good restaurants both veg and non veg restaurants even though the hotel did not have a restaurant did not have any negative effect. Presence of elevators gives elderly and challenged people a comfort. Bang on the main road in a prime area and well connected by local trains, buses, auto and cabs. Good malls, multiples and closeness to the biggest shopping district of T.Nagar made the location more attractive.Overall a wonderful stay. Can suit any type of travelers ( solo, family , business )

The location of this place is good. closer to Vadapalani temple, 2+ kms and valluvar kortam, 2+ kms. Good eating places at walkable distance. Very close to Sekar emporium, popular textiles shop. Rooms are clean and good. First look at the reception may put you off. But dont feel dejected. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Complement breakfast comes only after 8.30 am. If you have to leave early you can as well not choose the option while booking. They have car parking which can accommodate around 5+ cars. Overall it is good for stay if you have work around Vadapalani area.

Booked through MakeMyTrip. Rooms are good with table,ac and tv. But not as expected, not worth for what we are paying. I paid almost 1200/night

A fairly decent hotel with standard amenities in Kodambakkam ( United Colony) flanked by good restaurants. Reasonably priced. No inhouse restaurant ! However, suitable for Solo Travelers especially those who are visiting Chennai on work / business. Suburban Railway station is at a walkable distance, Buses and other modes of transport easily available. Places of worship ( Temples / Churches and Mosques) are in the vicinity. Staff are helpful. The property shares the building with ICICI Bank. Ample parking space. But Reception area is very disappointing. A School in the adjacent area is very noisy ...I would give a 4 on 5 only because of this issue. The management can think of using Acoustic Glass to cut out the unbearable Noise !

Family stay safe and comfortable

Hotel or u can say modified apartment into Hotel having a perfect location with all things available just a step away. Premium Bedroom which is enough size room with a small washroom. Room is perfect for 2 person. Floor was bit sticky which seems not cleaned properly. Lack of staff and language problem is big hurdle as they speaks only tamil. No responsible person available at reception every time. They generally goes here n there. No response of intercom calls. U have to step down for anything is u need. Breakfast quantity for one person is good but as they provides in room only, it gets cold when it comes in your room. Easy check in and check out process.

In window screen before stayed guest vommited it was not cleaned, room walls was ugly to see, A/C wire was hanging not fitted properly and in wash room water was not getting out, its clogged. Morning breakfast was not good. Nothing Hygienic in room. I attached photos of window screen, walls, washroom and all for your reference. Do the needful and acknowledge me the same.

Except for the mosquitoes and the Shabby reception area, I suppose this is a good budget place to stay! The school adjacent can really put you off ..very very noisy ! Good restaurants nearby. Railway station ( Kodambakkam) is at a walking distance. Vadapalani Murugan temple and Mahalingapuram Ayyapan temple are located nearby..Staff are quite cooperative. All amenities provided are good.

Its totally very disappointed.. I cant cancel or got else where out as it was raining very heavily then..!! I had literally forced my self to pay money in that devastating situation...I felt help less..I came to Chennai for an important exam ..so had taken a stay close to my center ..but this is not at all satisfying..second major disappointment is the manager who was at hotel had ringed my room in the early morning forcefully asking for tea and coffee ..disturbing my sleep ...and upon telling him that please come after 8 Im sleeping now he had rang my bell 3 times , brought coffee and rang again for cup. I was totally disturbed in the morning . my sleep was disturbed and I have an exam to give .. wanted a sound and calm mind ...this is really not satisfying ..the third and a major issue that I faced Im not sure what is wrong about the person here he kept coming to my room every now and then when it was not necessary. ..I personally felt creeped out. I felt very insecure ...a girl staying alone in room ....and things like that happen its totally not acceptable for me...I have the most worst experience ever .!!I dont understand why is the staff not well behaved the basic descent behavior is not too much to expect.and when. it comes to the facilities room was average but I see that the AC is leaking water and there are patches as proof on the wall..images are also attached

Not Clean room and bedheets not washable cloths

During my checkin there was no one on the reception desk and after going upstairs and enquiring with the room boy a guy turned up after 20 mins so basically my checkin took around 30 mins otherwise Its an ok hotel on a main road with good rooms, the property doesnt have a restaurant and they provide fix menu limited breakfast sourced from somewhere nearby.cleanliness of the rooms was also not upto the mark

This is my third time staying at kans one. Clean rooms, shops near by, easy of travel. Overall great experience.Its a nice business hotel. Good wifi speed avaiable.

Loved my stay here even though it was just for a short time. The room and the necessities were well maintained. Had no hassle with my check-in as it was done in minutes even though I was late by more than an hour past midnight from the time I provided that I would check in. Complimentary breakfast was completely filling with enough food to keep you active till your next meal.

It was very nice stay . Staff behavior was plausible and room was meet and clean. best thing is , the hotel is just on the main road and lot of nearby hotels are tbere.

Good location...Reception is in the ground floor and the hotel is in the 2nd floor...Only one manager working 24/7 is really inhumane...Rooms are neat but you can see more ants even in the 3rd floor...If you order a tea then you will get that tea after one hour...As a hotel with this cost we expect good service too...During rainy season I got shocked to see water coming through window gaps...I like the hotel and the location but they have to give good rooms and services for that Rates...

It is not a hotel but rather an service apartment converted into room service. The room was ok but the bathroom was not at all good. The overall place stuck. Also they do not have a restaurant so they provide fixed food from some contract vendor and that too was cold. No coffee or tea is provided. The only good thing about the place was the staff.

Had a very pleasant stay at Kans One. This is my second visit to this hotel. Appreciate if they could provide same service in future as well. I will repeat my booking as well with Kans one.

The hotel is in main road where you may get access to many hotel chains and forum mall is nearby.. but cleanliness can be improved.. you will be getting vegetarian food in the hotel.bus and cabs will be available once you just step out of the hotel.. it is a decent hotel with a decent pricing..

Stay was good...but they are giving one bottle of mineral water in a double bedded room . They have no provision of normal drinking water..so we have no other option but to buy mineral water from them

Stayed here for 3 Nights. Rooms were very clean and big. Hot water is available 24 hours. Service is good as they clean the room everyday. They dont have an in-house restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to your door step at 8.30 sharp. Tea or coffee was not served along with the breakfast but that didnt make a much of a deal for me. Quiet locality. Restaurants like Subway, dominos and Saravana are very close by. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is on prime location right on the main ,but may be difficult to identify as its located slightly inward.The rooms are compact ,elegantly designed and maintained well .The complimentary breakfast usually comprises of regular South Indian varieties and is tasty .But Beverages are not being served.Parking is ample.On the whole ,it is a good stay for the cost .
