Have been to a lot of Subways across the globe, I would rate the ambience here on par with some stores at US.May be it is coincidental that it is located in Wallace GARDEN, 😉It starts with a greeny aile way on outside, and a classy arrangement on the insideThe Subway tastes are as good as it can get..The place is neat as well..

Slow service . The person who was preparing our food was not even wearing a apron where in all subway they used to. Ambiance is good but the time we went it was not air conditioned

Half the time half the stuffs are out of stock. Not a very cool outlet in a hip locality. Disappointing

Its ok but I really appreciate the corporate ways of handling the customers by having no Ac, serving plates & no water.Perhaps I shouldve asked for but at the back of my mind I wouldve looked foolish if he said to buy ourselves bottled ones.Certainly not as it used to be in the earlier days before corona as the place is a bit hot even with a couple of fans running.

I love to eat subway.... I was a regular customer per a week when I stayed in that road.Here you can find various varieties of subs be it vegetarian or non vegetarian. You can also have sub of the days either in vegetarian or non vegetarian.staff here are good. They are renovating it too...This is opposite to pazhamudhir super market.

Generally this place is really nice and one of the best subways in Chennai.But this time I had the worst experience. I ordered my favourite Roasted chicken. But had a real bitter experience this time.From 2010 I have been eating here , but this time had the worst experience.

I have been dining at this place right from my college days, and to be frank, for all these years, the place has not lost its charm and also the quality of the food has never disappointed me ever. Right after the covid lockdown, this outlay has become my go-to spot for my lunch. I visit this place at least twice a week. I enjoying having food there and the personnel at the outlet are very jovial and friendly. They always deliver the food with a smile which makes me elated every time. But one thing that has been my concern in the last few visits is that the Air conditioning is not under use. It was fair enough in the beginning as the threat by the virus was at an alarming rate, so people would panic. But considering the situation now in the city, I would definitely prefer having my lunch, in a cozy Air conditioned restaurant. I hope this msg reaches the management soon and necessary steps be taken.

Im basically a huge fan of Subway but the experience I had in this place is by far the worst ever. The meat is stale and also the staff are impolite. The restrooms stink and isnt safe. Never going back to this outlet in nungambakkam. By far the worst Subway Ive ever been too and wouldnt recommend anyone visiting this place. These kind of people dont deserve a subway franchise.

Extremely poor hygiene. To many flies around the food and the staff were not bothered to close it when no orders. Just left open and they were talking within themselves.

Yesterday ordered thru swiggy sub chicken peri peri . The Italian bread used was very stale. Pl stop using stale food for delivery.Col RPRAJAN, Retd.

The experience is too good. You have to watch very keen to see whether subway is available here. Reason being there are good ample amount of trees available all around. The team over here and also their hospitality is too good.The guy who will make burgers, is very keen to know what flavour is required. If we say please as per your wish, then he will be more than delighted to make one. If we say our wish, he will make one with the same delightment.The area is good to have a dine, but with friends will be good rather than with family. However, good time here.

This a place which is good for healthy people. There are a lot of healthy pickings here from where you can choose to make yours. There are also various fancy pickings.

The subs have now an improved taste and they have even added new sauces like the tandoori mayo sauce which I really like. Should really check out the Italian bmt with double meat you will love it

We love visiting this palace. The staff and everyone are very nice and courteous.The ambiance and sitting area, quite peaceful.If you are fan of Subs, and want a quite place for your date this a palace you need to go.And they make awesome subs very fast.

Well Subway is one of my favorite food chains but this place is special...the entrance and surrounding plot is well decorated and I really liked it. Other than that the service and hospitality was up to the mark as usual. I would say this is a great place to hangout with your friends.

The best Subway in town. Everything is fresh and yummy. They have offers on weekdays like sub of the day. They usually have all the breads. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Car parking is also there

The staff is new and are not particularly interested in helping you out if one needs some suggestions with sauces, etc.(which, I agree you may not need since its Subway). My rating is low coz I chose tandoori mayo (over my usual Southwest) sauce and wasnt warned about how spicy it is. And the new staff made it worse by going easy on the sauce.

Never ever visit this Subway. They sell such small breads and its clearly not 6 long and the people working there are very rude.Your manager didnt arrange anything of that sort. He just said he will make sure it doesnt happen again and cut the phone in a very rude tone. Dont make up stories to save your face and you start playing fair first! And sorry I cant reply to your answer hence typing my message here

Unlike any other subway joints I had visited, this one is very spacious and more seating areas are available. The service was more resolute and the staff is friendly - they listen well to the orders and are very patient in doing so. The place is clean and well maintained. Good experience overall.

They had only one kind of bread: honey oat. I was disappointed as my favourite bread was unavailable (roasted garlic). On enquiring about the time it would take to get the bread ready, they asked me to wait for 20 mins. And then another 20 mins. And they finally said that the bread would be unavailable indefinitely. Very disappointed. Wasted a lot of time waiting as well.

Since its a franchise everything about the place looks very similar to any other Subway joint. But one thing that disappointed me is the fact that the employees dont wear their caps and the wrap that they served us has a strand of hair in it which forced me to cancel the order. Even though the service was quick this incident doesnt allow me to give them more than 3 stars. Otherwise the place is fine for a quick bite.

Earlier its used to be good. One of our favourite places but recently when I asked for drinking water they denied and said only bottled water us available which is against the regulations of restaurants. And also some new staff are less skilled .

A good place to eat healthy food!!The franchisee need to consider selling half litre water bottle at 10 as against INR 30 which is way too much exorbitant...the same applies for Lays chips.

More like a subway which lost all its parts in the 2016 floods! Interiors and the Exteriors both in disarray and a very bad shape, leaving just the atmosphere and service here for reliance but sadly none make you feel at home or comfortable. The atmosphere is bad because there isnt any and the service is average because it is shabby, shady and dirtier than any Martini in the world. Overall its a 2/5 because Subway has left a stone unturned. Good luck.

Food is just awesome, since its a small outlet in the mall, you cant expect much of decor, only a couple of seats.Service was good, but I have gone to this outlet 3 times and twice they didnt have oregano bread, need to stock up.Overall great subway experience.

I had been there for lunch today....it was an Excellent store and the staffs working there are so friendly....had a very good experience being there....and the store too is very neat and properly maintained....I would recommend all of you to visit there.....on the whole it was a very satisfying lunch which I had.

Place looks and feels a bit run down. Food quality and service is ok. Also the Fresco ice cream kiosk has shut down! When it was there it was an added incentive to visit this Subway! A thorough refurbishment of the outlet recommended.

Worst place unprofessional attitude by staff name johnson date 07/08/19 evening 8:30, i have been visiting from almost 1 to 2 years everytime i asked about subway chatpata wrap & which is there displayed in sign board but they dont have stock this answer i got on every visit, i am not able to understand they have all other sub stocks and wrap stocks why this alone they dont have stock and when i asked about it employee named johnson got very furious with anger on his face and said we dont have stock thats all buy something else..according to him i should not buy something i want..definitely subway management is not worried about all this they are just focused on sales number and growth!

Popular hub for teens. Service is same as any other Subway restaurant in the city. Parking is an issue. No valent services. They are up to date with the offers available on the website. They do deliver within 5 Kms radius.

No bread options, no sauce options, the guy wasnt sure if the meats on the sub... Standards have dropped drastically...

Located next to Ispahani centre, ironically this subway is actually not easy to spot. The service is good, so is the place where it is located and car parking is mediocre. Can accommodate two cars, so preferable one comes at not peak hours.

If you do kolam, that too pulli kolam they will recruit you as there sandwich making artist, so picky in adding olives. I saw the maker take a handful...drop the handful and then pick 3, I asked him to add more for which he added another piece (these are not whole olives just a piece of it). No value for money, will serve you only with the bread they have.plus they do have an infestation of rats, I overheard the guy from inside the kitchen shout out
