It was a rainy evening yesterday and we were recommended this place by a good friend.I ordered iidiyapam and in 2mins I had the plate, served myself some generous chutneys and gulped the hot tasty meal. Next was the turn of a plain dosa with podi. Asked them for one with less oil, saw it prepared in front of me and gulped it down with some hot sambar. This place is really good, the food tasty and service was excellent.If you wanna enjoy quick food do eat here , you shall be satisfied.Do post your comments post enjoying the hot meal.Happy eating.

Karthik tiffen Center, a very popular eat out spot for the locals is surely a must try if you enjoy South Indian food. The dosas here are quite exquisite and they offer good variety. There is no seating available so be prepared to eat standing up. You may also eat on your bikes. There isn’t ample parking for cars on the main road. They also do not sell any coffee or tea here. But certainly a must try at an affordable cost.

You have to stand in big queue and order 1st then, u ll be thrown ur food. The quality of the food is good but the staff behaviour and no improvement in the food environment is so pathetic. They can atleast make some arrangements since the shop has been there for soo many years but still its the same. Taste wise its good. But people must stand and eat. All sambar n chutney are kept in open road in a container which people still eat.

Tasty vegetarian restaurant with awesome food in terms of quality and quantity. Pricing is pretty cheap with sambar and varieties of chutney. Really wonder how could they do it!!!Simply superb!!!

Good place for breakfast and dinner. Particular in idly, dosa ( all variety), pongal and savai. All items are value for money.. rest all items I feel priced high like fried rice and noodles etc. Its street food type. Lunch not at all convinced in taste wise and rate wise.

Place is located on the junction of 2nd avenue and 12th main road. Most of the customers take away their food while few prefer to have it there.You do not have seating facility and parking is also on the roadside. Crowd is more during evenings and weekends.Quality and taste is average, you also have Hot chips and A2B nearby however Karthick tiffen centre economical price and fast delivery attracts more crowd

Food was great but the ambiance is just like a roadside shop. So I would recommend you guys to get a take away from this restaurant.

I have been eating here for more than 13 years now. Tasty food with quality. Quick in service. Value for money. Very good spot for Veg. food lovers and wanted to have quick food.

Taste and variety is good. But there is no constant taste and the management and cooks shift frequently. Also its good for parcel because the seating is poor and bad. Its a bit overpriced on the Chinese food side. So yeah its good for students who want a quick bite at low cost.

I request people to think before you eat here... Today I bought Butter Dosa and 2 parrotas. The butter Dosa was tasted like an baji soaked in used palmoil... And the parotta was horrible... The same used palmoil taste.... Please sir, I have been eating from the day you have started...I know you are reaping money... But please do justice to people in Anna nagar who are the main source for you to grown to this level.....So many kids eat here

One of the few places in CHENNAI wherein you can get decent portions at affordable price. The place has no place to sit but it’s s more a place wherein you can grab what you like to eat at home. Getting your order conveyed to the person responsible for your meal is a task in itself as it’s a case of who has the loudest voice; haphazard. Apart from this outlet their branches in other parts of Anna Nagar and Egmore don’t seem to be doing good though. Overall it’s the go to place for bachelors for cheap and filling food.

I came to know about this place through youtube.I thought the place ll be very much crowdy, but not.Its an average hotel.Around 20 peoples can sit.They offer many varieties of dosa, idly, variety of fried rice. Etc.Taste is good.Prices were moderate. Only cash is accepted.Behavior of staffs were good.As this place is not in main road, no problem for parking of vehicles.
