Good outlet but most of the times they show attitude towards the customers.Ive been eating here since the shop came into existence, beginning they were customer friendly, later as years pass by they have a great growth scale in the recent years and now they are getting arrogant and showing attitude towards customers.Please note without customers you wouldnt have achieved this feat.Take care of customers, be polite and serve well.Without regular buyers you wouldnt have achieved this growth within a short span.

They havent opened it yet for in dining. Only pick up is available as of now. It was super crowded during weekends, queue goes for like 100mtrs but it moves fast as they are pretty quick in delivering. I bought a small bucket chicken Biryani for 1300/-. It can easily serve 6 adults and still you would have some leftover. It is tasty for the money and I am impressed. You get raita, boiled eggs, brinjal curry, a bucket with Biryani, a box of chicken fry, paper plates and plastic utensils to serve. The shop is on the main road so easy to locate. There is no seperate parking so one has to park on the main road.

Bought tandoori here.. taste as usual good like other ss Hyderabad branches.. But we have to wait here for so long time to collect our ordered food

I have been eating briyani from them when they started, I love them for their quality and quantity. Briyani is the main showstopper of this franchise, mutton briyani is a must try out.

Worst Staff Behavior.Very rude and showing attitude towards customer. Even the price of 220 for chicken biriyani is okay theyre not even offering enough quantity of chicken pieces in that. Only 2 pieces for Rs. 220 very worst selling.

Foods worth the money you pay (most of the times). Food tastes good the service is fine.Mostly, we will get a biriyani and half grill. Itll satisfy 2 persons easily. Dont order much as you might feel hungry. The quantity of the biriyani is huge. So order accordingly.

Quality and quantity was good as same as other SS Hyderbadi Briyani Centers in the city, They recently hiked their price slightly which was quite unacceptable.Dinein was not suitable here since the restaurant was too small, for peaceful experience get takeaway and enjoy the food on your home.No proper parking space available here, so if you are visiting this shop with your own vehicles then you have to find the better parking space before getting into the restaurant.

Chicken Biriyani was above average (may be timing, we went there around 2:30pm) and Grill Chicken was awesome.

Yesterday, Ive purchased mutton Biryani which is mentioned the eatable counts as 8-9 persons at ₹2800. And the actual quantity required is the same. But nearly 60% of the quantity remain unserved and we had to distribute it to our friends and neighbours to empty the bucket. I feel that, even ₹1600(4-5 persons) bucket serves good for 10 persons. SS Hyderabad mentioning the wrong quantities and selling the big bucket biriyanis. Taste wise it is so good but we got only bones. In menu it is mentioned that well get 1.5 kg of meat but we got only 3/9 meats others are only bones. I never expected this from SS and it is my worst experience. There was no parking at all. I had to park my bike in the road side and it is a main road which is very traffic. Anytime any vehicle can hit our vehicle during the peak hours.

Yesterday they gave me a chicken bucket biriyani.. It was not so hot.. Am totally disappointed because i was charged 1300rs for good hot delicious biriyani

Awesome biriyani. When I tried first time, the taste of biriyani was very good. Great flavour. Next few days again when I tried, biriyani rice was little over cooked and tasted bit less compared to first try. But not bad. They should maintain the consistency.. Chicken Biriyani costs 200. Can serve 2 to 3 people. They give brinjal thokku, onion raitha, and bread halwa along with the chicken biryani. Thats worth for the money. Grill chicken was awesome. Compared to any other restaurants in Thiruvottiyur area, this one serves best grill chicken and Miyonese.. excellent flavour. Well marinated. Must tryCar parking is tough.
