Been here for an DoMS interview. Beautiful CCD Ive ever been to. The place was cozy and cool at the same time with all the trees surrounding the place. Also the place is cheaper than usual CCDs. The staff are really friendly young people. Hope to visit again some time.

Its my most favourite place around and I visit this the most. Youll find an extensive variety of good food and good coffee here. I love the cakes here, al the varieties are damn tasty and super yummy. The most important part is, its very pocket friendly. Do visit this coffee day.

This place is like a gateway inside a gateway ( IIT Madras) in Chennai. With window walls ,the campus gives a home in a jungle feel to this place. The ambiance is nice. People from various nationalities hang out here giving it an international vibe. The desserts are amazing. Im not a cappuccino fan, yet I come here often and I absolutely love the atmosphere here.

It was very good and attractive cafe coffee Day CCD .It is located behind the central library at Indian institute of technology Madras (IITM).The building is very attractive and the interiors are also very good and attractive. The rate is liberal within the iitm.Also we can use beans Which is available in the café coffee Day CCD app for buying drinks and food items.

Ccd in campus has subsidised rates, good food, friendly staff and consistent crowd! U will find ppl sittin and doin their group works with fresh coffee! Finding a spot can be difficult but then by the time you bill your meal you might find a spot as well. If you sit outside be careful of the monkeys!Best dishes would definetly be devils own and dark passion!

Situated right next to the IIT DOMS this place would be hard to find for a newbie. Hidden by trees and shrubs in the front it cant be noticed from a moving vehicle. I believe CCD should take into account this and put up hoardings around the place. Talking about the price point, owing to subsidies they have the menu priced at a third of whats available at other CCDs in the city. Ex: 😈 Devils shake the costliest in the menu is available here at ₹80 whose actual price is around ₹270. The place buzzes with students discussing their doubts and is vibrant throughout. Definitely a go to place if you want to save the big bucks and have the same thrill.

Perhaps the best CCD Ive ever been to. Period. The first minute into my Tropical Iceberg and I was literally face to face with a monkey. Thankfully he was on the other side of the glass. We acknowledged each other and went about our respective businesses. Me back to my cold coffee and him(her?) back to harassing college kids. Stepping out, I came face to face with a buck and a couple of does strolling through the campus. I carefully stepped back and escaped to my car. The coffee was good too.

Amazing ambience, unlike anything else on campus. Staff are polite, drinks are good. A slight issue of not serving the full menu and running out of burgers after lunch, but overall a wonderful establishment

Its a cool place but with minimal time efforts spent on maintenance. ACs stop working sometimes! But food and drinks are fine. I specifically like the corn spinach sandwich.

Best place to hang out in peace in the IIT campus. The place is surprisingly affordable compared to the other CCD outlets across the country. However the seating is a bit lower than the demand, it usually gets crowded during peak hours. The food served is great and the staff are friendly.

Moderate in terms of pricing.Awesome in terms of food. Especially Dark Passion and Twilight, these are very good in desserts. Also, Pepper Chicken roll is one to try.

It is the cheapest Cafe Coffee Day one can ever get into. It is literally half the price of the ones outside IIT Madras campus.So, for all the Coffee lovers and CCD lovers out there is a very good bargain and also a nice place to meet people.

Great come back by Coffee Day. They had to leave because some of their managers were arrogant to believe that IIT will not dare to take action against them even if they compromise on quality, price and hygiene. Staying out for an year taught them the necessary lesson. Now, they are serving great. Huge make over. A lot of new additions. Excellent service.

Too often are the orders misplaced or delayed beyond reasonable time period. Our order was misplaced and it took them more than 1hr for serving the right order. Better system (token or similar) needs to be put in place to avoid this

Its a good place to hangout with your friends...... have a coffee and quick but and have lots of chatting as the trailer service is slow....u can have a good chat of 10 to 20 minutes depending on what time have you come and on what order have you placed

A very good place for coffee and snacks. Open from 11am to 12 midnight. The cost is reasonable compared to the same brand outside the campus. The cold coffee options are good. CCD App can be used to gain and use beans.Payment can be done using paytm, card or cash. They have cakes also. But you have to order beforehand.

Of course everyone knows how a cafe coffee day will be but the branch that is in IIT Madras is a bit different where you get everything in discount(of course everyone loves discounts right), with regarding to ambience, some of the CCD will be recruiting members who is fluent in their regional languages but here it is different, loved it.

Very nice place to sit and chat with a cold coffee in hand. Usually it will be occupied by IIT students. The prices are nominal. Quality of food is good. But servicing takes lot of time and you need much patience. If you ever visit IIT dont miss it.

I dont quite like this place. Ambience is the only plus point. The food is not healthy or very tasty. Yes, it is cheaper than the usual CCDs but the quality of food and service is also deteriorated. If you are really hungry and have no other option, go here. If you dont want to eat and are just planning to hangout, go ahead.

I went to CCD just 2 hours back. Ambience is good. But the waiters behaved really bad. We had some confusions in ordering. Instead of helping us they kind of insulted us. One of the guys were speaking tamil mixed English which we couldnt recognize. And he and his colleague made fun of us. Food is kind of ok. But customers should be treated well. At least not humiliated. Thank you.

The delivery can be very slow at times -- in fact most times. They should also be careful about the music and decibels they choose. You often dont get the peaceful coffee shop atmosphere that you expect of a coffee shop located in a college campus. I can understand their choice of music and decibels on Friday nights, but they use they often play the same Friday night music on Tuesday afternoons.

One of the best CCD outlets in Chennai. Situated inside the IIT-M campus it provides their menu at a subsidized rate to all the customers.The quality of food is great. Parking facility is limited.Overall experience was excellent.
