I have paid for the NPL pack in wcc3 but it didnt get updated. I sent multiple mails to the support but they dont even care enough to reply atleast within a day. It has been two complete days, and they dont have enough time to update a pack in my account which Ive already paid for. Extremely disappointed with the team.
