My experience at Hindu Mission Hospital was very good. I had to visit various OP departments and also stay at the hospital for 4 days. Right from the reception till the inpatient ward, the staff were so polite and helpful. The staff at the out patient departments are treating the senior citizens with utmost respect. Even the house keeping staff were well mannered which is very rare to see. Consultation fees and other hospital charges are so nominal when compared to other private hospitals nearby. The location of the hospital is an added advantage. If something can be done for vehicles parking, it would be of a great help for the people coming to the hospital.

Came for Covid Vaccination. It was very well organised. The staff were polite. The nurse was very gentle and cordial.

I would like share my experience about meeting Dr. Jain Honest Raj. In Hindu mission hospital. My father undergone FESS Surgery, the way he examined was very pleasant and he explained each and every steps. He is very down to earth, the way he approached the patients give confidence to them and make them feel easy. Happy to be at Hindu mission hospital. A very good relationship for past 5 years.

I had my first dosage covid shield in hindu mission hospital.. The nurse was very poliete and was very friendly.. Even the receptionist in vaccination room was more responsive.. Had my covid vaccination done and they were so kind in explaining and doing it.

Good doctors, treatment, service and reasonable charges. Lacking is car parking, 2 speed breakers is required in the service lane near the entrance right and left side, 5 to 6 times my car got damaged by auto rickshaws and bikers. It will be better if a security personnel is present outside the entrance so he can guide us for safe entering and exiting until speed breakers are constructed.

Doctors and nurses are very good very caring there huge problem frustrating in administration and backend staff very very rude between hospital and their medical shop same unit but they making common people fools the front registration counter very worst behavior their only moto is money not even responsible reply to us if ur reading my review u also tell I am telling lies but my personal experience I have been there for a week think once or twice before admission they need huge changes in administration hospital and medical should very service mind and as a social responsibility very sad now now becoming money mind after this carona we should pay for ppe kit and mask thats makes frustrating our hard Owen money getting robbed I can also write more but people wont change

Nice hospital located near Tambaram bus stand and railway station. Reasonable cost and affordable too, I visited in the evening and the outpatient section is mostly crowded and packed a bit of concern during this.panademic situation. Waiting time at the registration counter and pharmacy is longer. Hospital has nice mini restaurant, parking space for car is available but cant accommodate more than 6 LUVs or 8 SUVs, small 2wheeler parking around 50 vehicles, treatment available for all diseases.

Too much of waiting time (waited two hours) for billing then transferring to rooms for treatment from causality. The deluxe ac room charges are 3000/day and had poor ventilation. Surprisingly the bathroom ventilation outlet is kept into the room near ac, weird construction & thinking (see the attached pictures). Even the people here are bit rude, they dont understand that everyone is paying money for their treatment and they are not giving it for free from their pocket. Needs a lot of improvement.

After a lot of search we found the best hospital for normal delivery. Its a 2nd baby for us .both pregnancies had consulted with hindu mission hospital(1st delivery done at wifes home town). Doctor Mrs.Seema goutham is very much professional and having lot of experience in treating the patients with excellent knowledge and famous for normal delivery.yes it’s a normal delivery for me.I would say everone can blindly follow whatever she advises the pregnant mother. She don’t suggest you to take tablets until and unless its needed, instead she advise us to take natural way of treatment like regular walk and exercise for normal delivery. Thanks a lot doctorActually we went for regular weekly check up ,still there is 18days due for expected delivery date.doctor checked my wife and diagnosed as my wife is ready for labour. We didnt prepare for anything but the hospital handled the situation very easily.after admission within couple of hours our baby born.1.Admission arrangements were done in a express mode supports and guidance from the front office staffs is realy appreciated.2.A special mention to the ward room nurses they are very well knowledge and had lot of patience handling baby. They were very responsible in taking care of baby as per the doctor advise with frequent follow up to the rooms.3. Hospital is ok, but need to improve the following:1. The way handling with the patient is not good need to put proper educated person, mainly in billing section2. Deluxe room to refurnished3. Proper billing information to be provided4. Any issues in the rooms, the completion of work is getting delayed.5. Staff nurses are not taking any initiate, we use to call them for anything, which is suppose to do by them.6. Need to give proper training and communication skills to the worker, since most of them are not graduates.7. If we do all the above the hospital will become No1.

Hospitality is good..... Duty...staffs...ok...but...at least 2 to 3 times we should call or insist them.. to attend.. The patient... Cleanliness is OK... But improvement is needed... in all the rest rooms... Especially in the paid up deluxe... rooms.... And. Fees. is high only... But amount.. Of pressure to pay the joining fees test fees etc etc are very very very high pls control.... A day may come... Where patient would have die even due to not admitting the patient in the exact time due demanding them to pay the fees.... Because this hospital is trust hospital so if money minded it should be second... First ministry... Only... Thank you

Dr. Sriram is my favorite Medical provider. He is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. Whenever I meet him, I always get more confident and not much worried about my health. His words will strengthen you for sure, I personally experienced that I can not speak more highly of him. The staff is always helpful and my experience with other medical professionals in this hospital has always been above my level of standards.

Skin care doctor (Dermatologist)Snehalatha krishnamoorthy. First of all She is not at all listening about patient issues. She itself decided something and giving wrong suggestions. We have went for skin infection which caused by insect bite. she has not even came near to the patient to check the affected area and not at all listening what we are saying. Interacting with patient is too rude. Talking like she has fixed in mind one thing and giving the suggestion without asking our issues briefly. MOREOVER SHE HAS NOT AT ALL LET THE PATIENT TO SHARE THEIR HEALTH ISSUES.Please dont appoint these kind of doctors and spoil the patient health. Doctor should be polite and calm with the patient do not be rude.

Hospitals maintenance and cleanliness seems good. They provide a good nursing care.In case of any emergency they provide the treatment immediately but cons is just quite expensive.

Admin staff and nurses are very patient and kind at the vaccination centre. Had a great experience, Thank you. One suggestion is to improve billing time which took a long time.

I took Master health Check-up for Pre- employment Medical Checkup. Great help during the registration and clear direction given by the Master Health Check-up coordinator Mrs. Manju. Tests and reports were done within a day and the process went on with ease.Just a suggestion: Registration queue waiting time is high. Kindly address the same.

Your hospital is troubling is for a review its too hard. I took my father for the whole checkup. they are not caring as much as especially the 24b physician assistant attender her name is ganga has speaking others that her popularity in the hospital and to the patients she is treating has rude and he thinks that she know everything. My request is to kindly warn her for treating a patient as a rough way change it.But whole hospital is so good and clean.And kindly change these kind of staffs or warn them to change. This is first time visit to Hindu mission hospital. It was nice experience from beginning help desk,registration, health check like BP, weight, height, pulse, all good. Rest room very clean thanks to hospitality . Canteen, and Pharmacy is too expensive not affordable for all people. Rest of them very harmonious services.

Yesterday i went to Hindu mission for my 1st dose of covishield vaccine. From the security till the vaccine ward, everyone was cooperative and guiding so beautifully. I was worried for the pain of injecting. But i dont feel a bit of pain also and nurse was so good. They monitored all the tests before vaccinating. Totally it took around 10 to 15 mins only for all these process and getting my certificate. Keep up ur excellent work always

I had a few occasions to observe the working of this hospital closely. My sisters mother in law (93 years) was admitted here and was under treatment for a couple of days. During this period and post her demise that too at 11.30 pm, the ease with which we could bring the body home the cooperation of the staff was excellent.Now our two visits for the covishield vaccination were also smooth and the arrangements were very good considering there were some wheel chair persons for vaccination.

Medical insurance section is not properly addressing the patients concerns. Especially, the person named Chitambaram , who is the manager/responsible for medical insurance section is such a liar in giving updates. Whenever my wife calls him, he simply lies that your refund will be done today itself since it is very small amount. but never happened and moreover every day he asks the same details regarding patients name, treatment and admission days as if he talks first time. My wife really got fed up with this guy and he also asks us to send reminder to remind him. Since we have the need to get the refund, we used to send that as well.. However, nothing was addressed so far. All i can do is, getting the approval from insurer which i did on time and got discharged. I need my refund money asap or else i will post this message everyday in other forums as well and also videos explaining what happens with this insurance section in Hindu mission and will definitely make it addressed appropriately..

I am taking treatment for thyroid from last 1 year. Dr.Sriram sir very humble and very active person.I am fully satisfied with the treatment. One thing i noted today , the initial BP,Height, weight & oxygen checking getting delayed(This only took 1 hour for me)due to insufficient staff and there is no disciplined manner.I think this service recently they started. I request the management to line up and increase the staff strength in this regards.

This is regarding my personal experience I had with hospital for wife pregnancy consultations and babys delivery.We were referred to Dr.Seema Gautham , a very well experienced gynaecologist with a very good successful experience. We were in the right hands under this doctor and all her observations and feedbacks during the course of my wifes pregnancy was right to the point and practical too. I definitely recommend this doctor for people who are looking for a quality good experienced gynaecologist in and around Tambaram.Now, for the hospital ambience, cleanliness, staff and the food.I must say honestly that they are much much better in all these above categories when compared to the most private hospitals in city.The nursing staff, the PROs are courteous, humble and friendly.The food is hot, hygienic and tastes much better than one can expect in an hospital.The ambience is clean and the housekeeping staff is there always around to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in the hospital.We thank the Hospital , Dr. Seema Gautham, Devika Maam , PROs and definitely the nursing staff. The mother and the baby are healthy and happy.A very good hospital in Tambaram Area.Just a suggestion : Please improve the parking space especially for daily visitors.

A great 10 months experience, yes the experience I had for my wife pre-pregnancy and Pregnancy procedure.Gynaec: My wife had great opportunity to be diagnosed by knowledgeable and experience Gynaec Mrs. Seema Goutham, who speaks to the point, explains the process with patience and really take cares of her patients.The Medical Staffs: The OBG ward and stay rooms are neat & clean and were subjected to routine maintenance by House keeping staffs. The Medical staffs (at Scan, OBG ward and at wards) provided utmost care for the patience and were very supportive. They are trained with great Ethics that I need to force them to take sweets that I distributed to share happiness of my new born baby as they were very hesitant to accept even such small gratitude. The PR/Front desk support, Mr. Senthil who helped us in any clarification very politely refused to accept those sweets too and just asked for the feedback about the org.Canteen & Food: To make this simple it would be as good as you prepare one at your home. Never encountered such a quality food at such a affordable rate. No comprise in Quality and Quantity.To sum up we had a seamless support throughout our visits and stay in the hospital at such an affordable price.The only scope of improvement that Id say to management is that the washrooms and toilets at General ward are lacking some basic amenities like hangers or hooks for hanging the clothes, hand wash liquid and such. If these issues are taken care of Id have given full 5 stars for this hospital.Will recommend this hospital to any of my friends and relatives without any hesitation. Keep up the good work and keep improving.

Hospital has good infrastructure. Staffs are very cooperative and the management is not money minded. They have very experienced doctors except Dr. Uma Bharathi, gynecologist. I dont know if she is still there because we visited her 2 years back. Later on we opted for Dr. Seema Gautham in the same hospital who resolved our problem. It is the best hospital for middle class in south Chennai.

My father died due to Covid within 4days in this hospital. It was peak time of second wave where the hospital made us to run outside in search of two medicine remdesiver and one more injection. Cant forget the delayed treatment given to my father. Which is still shocking to our family. After 3months went to check on corporate claim and at that time they informed me to pay balance 3k. Which I did, but question is during the discharge time they told that there is no pending.Here I can see the level of money laundering which is happening. Its not the amount, but it is trust we can keep on hospital. Just want to share my experience with this hospital
