Many said these apartments are placed nearby lake, but my friends in Pallavaram surrounding told me another tale, its actually middle of the Pallavaram lake where the apartments are located, they built these buildings in that mud, now govt turning one part of lake as garbage dump.Hope the people in those apartments, breath fresh garage air🤣

Right near the Highway, very near to airport, Awesome view.Monsoons are a bliss living here.

Has issues during rainy season. Flat would get water from walls leakage. And sound from mosque which is just adjacent.

Mantri Serene is built so close to the lake that you are almost sure that it is built on the lake mud. Not sure of strength of the building too

I dont recommend anyone to buy flat here. They are real cheaters. My booking amount of 3 lakhs is locked for more than 3 years now and they are not giving it back even after my cancellation. Customer support and the Marketing manager are the worst. They talk nicely with you only until you book the flat. Several managers have come and gone to Mantri but there is no solution for my problem. My biggest mistake of my life is that I went and booked here.

A quiet place

Why is there no construction happening since mid-2017? Also I heard from them that the project has not received the Completion Certificate (CC) for Blocks A and B. Is there something that Mantri is hiding? Not a single labourer found working on Phase-2 (Blocks C, D and E) for about an year now.

Overlooking the lake. But looks like this construction is encroaching the water body. Moreover, since the entrance from the 200 road is obstructing free flow of water, the Government has rightly cut off the entrance.

Mantri builders did not fulfill the commitments at Mantri Navaratna-Chrompet. Project delayed by 2 years. We had to shell out extra money for electricity connection, OC, STP and Generator. No compensation provided.

First of all the location they choosen was very weak soil. Am sure that the place not suggested to build appartment like this. I feel very sad for people who bought here. I wish they need to live a long and happy life..

Looks are good,not sure why possession getting delayed.... Hope Mantri is keeping their standards here in Chennai too..

The building overlooks a dump yard and when the lake beside the building dries up, all you get to see is garbage all over the lake bed ! The apartment is extremely overpriced even after all these flaws. I dont know how they got approval for this project. To keep it short, imagine having an apartment in the middle of a dump yard, thats exactly what this project is! One would always feel like living in a Slum here.

The completion certificate has come in. The property is strategically located . This will become a landmark property 5 yrs from now.
