Nice well lit rooms. Its a room inside a 2bhk apartment. So you get a shared kitchen with microwave oven, a refrigerator and a hall with dining area, TV and a couch.The location is apt for US visa interviews. Situated almost midway between the VAC center and US consulate and is a 10 minute walk to both places. The staff was very much helpful and flexible. They allowed early check-in and late checkout for free so as to accommodate my visa interview timings

3K for a 2 bedroom apartment right in the middle of nungambakkam, what more can you ask. Very clean and sanitary with big rooms and spacious kitchen.Swiggy and Zomato delivers right at the room door step. Ample car parking and courteous staff and manager.

We just stayed at Summit for a week from UK. We felt like home. The staff were very helpful and the manager was very understanding and helped us a lot. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. The location was great and the rooms were clean.

Stayed here few times and these are quite and comfortable apartments in great location. Decor and amenities were pretty basic. Pillows and sheets definitely needs an upgrade!! Breakfast service could be improved with more varieties. Overall a little touch of personality can set it apart. I wouldn’t call it luxury though!

Very clean apartment with no nasty smell. Suitable for mid-stay business travellers or families. We stayed in a spacious 2-room apartment with free Wi-Fi connectivity. Iron and ironing board, Microwave and toaster ovens, full-sized fridge, conduction stove and electric kettle available. A few crockery and cooking utensils are stored in the kitchenette. Best to bring your own toileteries as the ones provided are minimal. The staff, Anand, was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Only housekeeping service is provided but you can order from food delivery services. There is a supermarket and food court within walking distance.

Best place for family to stay in Chennai for short period of time, located at centre of the city. Clean and well maintained apartment with basic amenities. Check in and check out at 12pm. Breakfast was nice and tasty but would be boring if the similar food was provided everyday.

Best place to stay for visa interview. Both the biometric centre and the consulate are in 500-700 meter range from the apartment. They serve South Indian dishes for breakfast. You can even cook your own food if you like to, as a shared kitchen and hall with dining table is provided for every two rooms.(You will be sharing a 2BHK apartment ). They have got iron boxes with ironing table as well. The bathrooms are clean. The service wasnt great as I had to ask for towels and other basics stuff which should have been present in the first place. The good thing was the reception guy always made sure all our issues were solved soon. I would recommend it for anyone coming for visa interview or otherwise.

I had booked 8 Rooms for my Guests who were attending an event. Mr. Suresh at the Front Office was very helpful. He took the guest list from me and made sure that all the guests had a comfortable stay. The rooms were splendid.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are quite small, lacks some of the basics- no tubelights, hence lighting is poor, bathrooms are small and does not have proper cloth hangers.Breakfast is being bought from some local hotel nearby and quality is average. Service quality needs to increase substantially to match the name of Luxury. Common areas like hall, kitchen are quite dirty, lacks crockery to support 2 rooms. The satellite TV sucks..Overall it is okay for a short Business Stay and NOT for a Family.

Editing my review and changing it to 4 stars due to the immediate action that Mr Janarthan took on the issues of the bellboy asking some uncomfortable personal questions and the other for the breakfast. He called me up to inform that he took action on the bellboy and he explained and acknowledged that this was a wrong behavior and he ensured that it was rectified. Thank you Janarthan for ensuring this. I really appreciate and I look forward again to stay at your hotel.

Good place to stay if u have a visa appointment.. but services could be much better. Rooms were full of mosquitos .. however after much demand a mosquito repellent was provided. Small and decent room was provided with a good common balcony, kitchen, dining room.

Best place for those who are travelling to Chennai for American Visa purposes.This place is strategically placed in the middle of the biometric center and the embassy. The biometric center is just less than 500 meters away and the embassy is slightly above half a kilometer away.We took a whole 2 bedroom apartment and never missed the home.Kitchen is under equipped and needs more utensils and cutlery.If you want to cook a lot you might be disappointed. Since we were there during the Ramzan fasting we were not cooking a lot. However were able to manage with swiggy delivery and preparing tea and cut fruits.We had two children with us who were not fasting so had to use their complimentary breakfast for them. Decent spread. One day they had idli, dosa, vada and upma with sambar and 2 types of chutneys. The second day, instead of upma they had poori. The kids liked it. It looks like they get it from outside in hot pots (pic attached)Air conditioning is only in bedrooms. And it looks like they give individual bedrooms too. So you might end up sharing the apartment with strangers.Drinking water was a big disappointment. They filled a bisleri can and got and it tasted like tap water.The facility has a covered parking and round the clock security.Housekeeping staff is friendly and courteous.

I stayed at the Summit Luxury Service Apartments last month and my stay there was great! The apartment is located at Nungambakkam, very close to the US Consolate. Both, the Consolate and Biometric centre are at a walkable distance from here. The MD, Mr. Jagannathan who preceded as the receptionist during the latters absence was warm and pleasant. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The apartment was well furnished and squeaky clean. Theyre very well maintained and safe for solo women to stay. Breakfast was served fresh, tasty and hot and sent straight up to the room. Overall, I had a lovely stay here.

Great location Walking distance to US embassy and biometric center , really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two kids ( 3 months and 2 year old ) and lots of luggage. This place is kids friendly and they really enjoyed the place . It was one of the nicest places I stayed . I highly recommend for anyone who go to chennai for US visa stamping .Again Thanks for the superhelpul staff .

Excellent value for money service apartment. Apartments are new and have good quality and finish. The support staff is very responsive. And they serve breakfast from Apurva restaurant (which is included in the package). The place is located in the quiet cathedral road so there is virtually no noise pollution. The place also offers ample parking area. Unfortunately the common area (living and dining) in the doesnt have air conditioning. So you either have to switch on ac at full blast in both the rooms to cool it down or stay out in your room. On my last visit there was a water issue (was smelly and brown) which the management said they have rectified.

Found this gem of a place through Yatra flexi. After train journey, I needed a place for few hours to catch up some sleep and freshen up. This was ideal place. Would love going back even for longer stay.

Its a service apartment. Stayed in 101.1 and the room was pretty small, but I didnt matter since I was traveling alone. Comes equipped with a kitchen that has utensils, induction stove and microwave. There is a common dining room/sitting room that is not air-conditioned. The bathroom was neat and had towels with some basic bath products like like handwashing soap, shower gel, shampoo. But this was the first place that provides talcum powder and hair oil! Never ever seen that provided at a hotel!Complimentary breakfast was from Apoorva restaurant that is bang at the Anna flyover junction. Food was good and filling. It was a typical south indian mini meal with dosa, idly, Pongal, vada, Kesari accompanied by 2 chutneys and sambhar. No coffee or tea was served with it, though they have a electric coffee maker with sugar sachets in the kitchenEdit : Its a 10min walk to the US Consulate. Saves you the trouble of haggling with auto rickshaw drivers if you are staying far away!

If youre with family & looking for a good place to stay, then this the place. Has ample parking space in a cramped city.Cut one star theres luxury only in their name. Air cons were inefficient. Cleanliness can be improved. But the staffs were attentive to our queries.

A wow experience!Initially we were sceptical about chosing serviced apartments. But then we just gave a try. Nicely maintained apartments with friendly staff. The flats are good, convenient with all facilities required. Theres complementary breakfast. There is enough space for car parking. All rooms are air-conditioned. Halls are not air-conditioned though. Each room has a television. Drinking water is provided in large cans. Water in the bathrooms were clean, and surprisingly not salty, unlike many other hotels. Kitchen has utensils, microwave oven, fridge, electric induction stove. There are small differences between flats..however, everything was neatly and thoughtfully done. Cupboards are provided in each room. Lunch and dinner are not provided here, but that does not matter, as all food delivery agencies like zomato, swiggy etc deliver here. This apartment is just near BRS hospital and a walkable distance from Kanchi Kamakoti CHILDS Trust Hospital. Google maps will help in exactly locating this apartment. Definitely a good option for families to stay. Wishing the very best to the team at Summit Serviced Apartments.In short, it is a home away from home.Go for it!

Good place for a stay as long as you are not looking for good food. The place is close to US consulate and you could literally walk to the VAC appointment. The breakfast I would avoid since it very bad cooking. But the rooms have kitchens and you can cook stuff yourself. They dont have a ton of utensils and you need to ask for everything starting with glass tumblers. And the device is very delayed.

Its very good place for family stay, sound place very close to Jemini Flyover & BRS Hospital. Its exactly opposite to Sri Rama Kalyan Mandapam wedding hall. There is a old mosque is also within walking distance. Its also within tolerable distance from both Express Avenue Shopping Mall and Apollo Hospital.

Lift service available along with parking lot. Nice open space on ground floor for cooking or party type available. Rooms and hall are big enough. Equipped with ACs. However there is tiny issue with mosquitoes.

Despite making an advance booking they hadnt cleaned up the rooms and made us wait for a while before allocating the roomsTheir water pipes had issues and caused a lot of inconvenience, as the water was getting contaminated with other sources. They took 2 whole days just to address the problem.However, the breakfast was decent and the staff are a friendly.

Great property. Recommended for family and business travel. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Reception staff even helped us with our luggage. But the Manager of the property was very rude , arrogant and unprofessional.

I had booked room for one day in this hotel I was early by 5hrs for that he asked 1500 RS though room was available and room cost itself is 2000 for just 5hrs early check in he was asking 1500rs which is really had but I wanted to go for us consolute so dont argue much but asked him to provide bill for that he agreed but later while check out he dint provided proper bill later he said I will mail it the bill but it was wrong terrific experience be cautious of early check in in this hotel else he will loot you

The hotel is situated right in the residential area. Services were managed by the hotel staff. As we stayed only for couple of hours, so overall experience was good.

It is good but too pricy... you will get only breakfast. We opted for two bedroom . Only one geyser was working out of two rooms.
