Worst service ever seen. There is no etiquettes and manners for most of the staffs working in indian bank Medavakkam branch. They ill treat customers so easily. For a layman or person who dont have understanding of the processes dont get explanations or guidance. Very poor, too worst. The middle aged lady staffs at the counter literally shout , yell and show harsh & bad faces to the innocent customer who dont have education. This has to be addressed. The staff behaves as if they own the bank. Please avoid this branch.

Irresponsible employees assistant branch manager as well..visited directly for account opening.The response was very disappointing they are treating customers as slaves.. Dropped idea of account opening

Online banking doesnt works sometimes

In this Indian bank branch , most times when I try to enter the croud. Service also in slow process. Being computerized s 2 make things easier and quicker .

They irritated me while applying to get atm card but finally i refused it and i told them keep that card yourself. Now that account is useful for the present address proof. Bad service and need to improve lot.

Most worst behavior in branch no responeseble

Good employees. Dont open expecting an locker. I had fd for more than 2 lakh for 3 years and never been allotted a locker. The bank is in first floor. Many pensioners will visit bank during first and last week of each month. Better avoid going that time.
