Was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were neatly done. The place was clean. And the host was very responsive.I had infact left one of my belongings during checkout. The host Santosh called & informed me about it & I picked it up from him later that week. It has good ventilation as well with a balcony.

We went to attend the family function of our relative. The hospitality was superb.

Had a worstu experience with remisha service especially with the care taker of that apartment...who is not fit to be in the role as he was drunk and had a heated argument with us...where he has requested us for a deposit of 2000 along with the apartment rent which was not even in the terms and conditions..when we said why we should pay that money he havent given a proper reply and became arrogant with us which pathed way to leave the arena...this should be taken into house owner and he should take necessary action so that none of the customer should face the problem in near future.. especially their safety need to taken into account..ladies n those going with family be safe while going to this apartment

These days theyre not good. We went back for the ambience but the guy from management was unprofessional. He was drunk it seems... he was speaking rude and after we paid the amount he asked for extra amount saying as deposit. We canceled and left. Worst...

Place is ok types. Bathroom is in really bad condition. Needs some repairs. Bedrooms are good with ac in all 3 rooms. Kitches is also in a bad condition.. especially the cupboards

Such a excellent service apartment during this covid period. They helped us a lot . Good staff. Very spacious rooms I loved their kitchen. And living room. And last but not least the wifi its super fast. Like to visit again.

No proper maintainance

The service Appartment was really good, fully furnished kitchen with all equipments.

We stayed this apartment for a week. Very good stay nice facilities. Apart from that. Very safe. We 3 are womens. Came for work , but very secured and safe area. Care taker was very good. Would love stay again. And definitely visit again.

A good place to stay with friends and family and please maintain air conditioning . Silent and peaceful place to stay .we can cook our own food 😁😉 and the one Star for AC

Well its a decent place if u just want to spend a couple of hours a day , however few things if taken care of will help ,the place had cob webs ,only one out of 3 bathrooms had a gesyer, you need to carry a mosquito repellent if you want to stay her as this place has a lot of mosquito and the rooms have no provision to take care of that, no hand soap or handwash in the bathroom, the untensils were dusty. Will I visit this place again maybe if I just want to spend a couple of hours.

Nice place to crash with friends for the weekend

I have been to this place 4 times. The only drawback is its location. Otherwise it is excellent for the money spent. Also the staff are quite courteous and helpful. Felt homely and ideal for entire family.

Excellent hospaitality arrived very early coz our flight time but given early check in without any cost apartment is very neat and clean wifi is good and staff is very helping and last thing is breakfast is very good. Nice service keep it going definetly recomend.

This place is completely FRAUD.The owner Rajkumar is the big time cheater.Also Person works here as assistant and helper also misbehaving with ladies and stealing your personal belongings.Do not stay here .I am a guest from Toronto.

This is a worst service apartment which I have ever stayed in. We 5 of us stayed here for 4 months (March – June). Their service is so terrible. Continuous power cuts, No proper water (You get bathing water in coffee color which includes sand particles, Rooms are very tiny, and mainly they just charge you for small things. I will surely give -100 rating for this apartment. FYI this is not an apartment, this is just a small house. Please find better apartments in Chennai and surely not this house.

I felt like a Lodge house, not an apartment. Water in the bathroom is bad, it comes in brown colour. Rooms are good and clean. Kitchen is also good.Its difficult for the taxi drivers to locate the house as it is bit inside from main road.On the second day afternoon, care taker boy rang the bell and informed me that he is smelling cigarette smoke at the apartment. I am not a cigarette smoker and I didnt smoke. He was raising his voice and arguing with me for smelling cigarette smoke and warned me that he will fine me for smoking in the house. I found no way to convince him. That discussion really spoiled my day. I said him I will surely put this in google review. Next day I got my advance amount back without any fine :)I will not go to this place again. Bad experience.

Beautiful interior with all facilities kitchen is excellent with all amentities we came for treatement in apollo so this apartment is very helful for us we felt like home thanks for the owner and staff.
