Things to improve 1. Ac swing is broken .. air flow hits straight to face and cannot be diverted2.Fan regulator not working.. Its either full speed or lowest speed3. Not spacious for an extra bed4.Mosquito problemsI hope they rectify the issues for a pleasant stay for their upcoming guests

Receptionist Antony supported in good way. Room service guys are cool, never hesitated to buy coffee for me. Mosquitos bit matters. Overall okay for price and good transport connectivity.

Very worst dont waste your moneyReceptionist an old guy was very rude and irrespective person, even they didnt provide drinking water, no hot water, no maintenance, no proper response for complaints we booked for 3 days but we vacated the next morning due to ill treatment. I dont know how the hotel owner holding these non sensible workers. That old guy in reception he doesnt have a minimum humanity. Very bad experience in my life time.

Its infrastructure is good and ventilated and receptionist peoples are very responsible. kind and i have a feeling of relaxed; calm and noiseless.easy to reach buses and the location was good..

Hot water tap clogged. Once the clog is cleared, it was completely dirty water. Changed the room and its the same problem in the other room as well. The manager should have checked all these things before allocating the room. But the room was clean and no dust.

Worstest room ever stayed..I ve vacated within 2hrs bcoz of the condition of the room and lodge...The pictures in Google and other booking apps were not of that lodge

Fake details of lowest tariff in google. But if you go in person, they will charge Rs. 900. The receptionist is a fraudulent fellow.

Place is located close to Tamil nadu medical council. If you are coming ro TNMC from far and wanted to take a nap and bath this place is okay to stay.No proper ventilation.

Booked prior a premium room for four adults, one week before via phone call for 1600 INR. Payment can be done later was the statement by property manager. Later when i called to confirm the day we booked for.. The tariff they said was double the time.(3000k).No professional talk and harsh by property manager. Due to last minute rush we booked via agoda for lesser tariff and v reached the guest house.Much less maintenance.. Lot of cockroaches. Only hot water came when i turned on the tap(geyser switched on) cold water tap didnt work. When we called it for that, the response he gave is to switch off the geyser and cold water will come via hot water tap.Worst service and pathethic experience. Rooms are very small and the same bathroom too.. We didnt opt for A/C. Not sure about the condition.

Good hotel for new traveller in chennai. Cost efficient. Middle class family who came for treatment at Jeevanmithra fertility hospital or CFC can stay here.Some rooms have cooking facilities. U can cook in the room. But I recommend not for long time stay.

Used to be our get-together place during college days till last month, new staff rude, not friendly and offensive and trying to get more money by anyways they can ( cleaning, stain on bed sheets, etc). Not loyal to the regular customer like me who have been frequent visitor there. Used to be friendly, economy and good in service but now its horrible! Never again staying there! avoid at any cost! there are lots of other places offering good service at their current price.

A good guest house in Chennai city for long staying.

Everything is good, but no internal telephone in the room to communicate with reciption un an emergency or any needed.

A simple guesthouse with all needed amenities.. The lobby area is spacious and gives a nice feel.. The rooms are clean too.. It is located in poonamalle main road opposite to Vaishnava college..

No responsive staff. Avoid this hotel, instead book Oyo room. You will get much better rooms and facilities in less amount.

We are friends , had good experience while staying in Ganesh house homestay in Kovalam . Beach is just walkable distance and very good experience with local community people around Ganesh house so nice . The property itself is a greenish small beautiful forest area located north area of koala, beach like Samudra beach That private beach is not too much crowd area.In Ganesh house rooms are fantastic good too,We had a very good memorable experience at the property.We highly recommend it to people travelling to Kovalam for family guestRegardsSarath

Cheater and fake, I booked an AC room, when I reached here, first he tried to make me fool that I didnt confirm my room, which was a untrue, I showed him receipt and confirmatory Email, then so rudely and casually told me that all rooms are booked, he cant do anything, if I pay him 880 rs more with 1000 advance, he can give me a non AC room, pity that in India such dishonest people tarnish our countrys name :( In reality he overbooked to a marriage party that I came to know while standing in front of this place, perhaps one od his employees told me that.
