Hotel SRM Central Park Chennai is a small but a good hotel . also Staff behavior is best. neat and clean. over all good hotel. I know this hotel last 10 years. I never go anywhere only in SRM Central Park Chennai.

Worst to the worst .. i had stayed in many places but its the top worst.There is no generator facilities. I was unable to sleep without fan with a dozen of mosquito biting me . It seems they are keeping everything clean... But if you notice deeply everything is bad. The food waste left by the previous customer was still there in the cupboard .water tap didnt work at all cant even bath . Bed have bugs.. 😔

Recommend. Affordable rates good veg and non veg restaurants are available. Walking distance for MGR Central Railway station and Metro Station.

Zero star dirty rooms and no one is bothered.. After several calls for room service no one came.. drinking water also we have to take by own from there dirty filter machines... on reception morning duty guy was very arrogant..1000 they charged per day on zero facility... i roam pan india for my business but never faced such a bad experience really its a shocking.

It is a well maintained property the room is neat and clean. They offered complementary breakfast which is also good.

The main advantage is of course its location close to the Central Station. The room and bathroom is clean, the WiFi was good, the AC worked, the TV didnt work as the plug was loose. The staff was helpful. The room wasnt that big, but at its price, well worth the price I paid. A bit difficult to find as it is tucked away slightly off the main road, but that also means that the room is quiet.

While check-in I think the receptionist is newer person he told I cant check in by 8am, after some argument I have cleared the person that I have inquired the hotel before booking for 24hr check-in & check out..Other wise rooms are neat & comfortable. attached Rest room is little small & it give little bit uncomfortable feel. Room service persons are helpful. towel & soaps are already in room. bed, bedsheets also near & good.

Neet rooms and good service

Close to Chennai Central Station. Good value for money if booked online. Offline rates are higher and I think this may not be true then. The AC worked jerkily. The room is small but not excessively so, but clean. The bathroom is clean. Hot water available only in the morning. The restaurant food is not great, but lots of eating options just outside. Hotel is good for short stays.

Its a nice place to stay and basically the staffs in the hotels are very helpful. Its hospitality actually good what the customer needs.

Location: 10 min walk from chennai central railway station Room: small but ok for the budget and value for paid amount. Service: Good co-operative staff. Check in time: if booked online check is 12pm and check out is 12 pm. But if booked directly they are flexible to 24 hour check in. Please note, Online price will be cheaper compare to direct. Food: only veg food is served here and dont have a restaurant and only serves at your room. Food served can give a rating of 2.5 out of 5. Breakfast is included and normally served single dosa, 2 bread and butter with a tea.

The hotel was good no problem at all. Service was great. I do not had my lunch or dinner there only complimentary break fast there. Two bread and jam was in breakfast. There was only Dosa was available there. Location was Ok , near to the central railway station. Amenities and all are very good. Cleanliness are fine. Overall totally value for money.

Yet another hotel in Chennai. But the place is cozy. Little difficult to find out. It has a bar. They serve ask usual liqueur items. Since its newly built, the rooms are maintained well and good. The staff are mostly from North India. So the travellers from North may find easy to interact with them. But South people find it difficult. Overall, yet another place to stay with no special things.

Broken shower in a hotel room. What a cliche, right? Well this was a cliche 2 star hotel that I booked through OYO. For a price range of ₹1200 per night per room, Id say it was good hotel other than some things like half of the light bulbs werent working. As I mentioned before, the shower was broken.Mostly restaurants can be found near. Not ones you would prefer for a 2 time meal.Overall, its a good hotel for its price but only without its defects.

Rooms were clean..one thing you have to be careful is about the check-in time. This is the only hotel who claim 12 to 12 check-in other than star hotels. even 3 * hotels offer 24hrs checkin. may be the idea is to make a quick buck.Before booking this hotel , please call up and find out.

Excellent property & staffs were very friendly but the room they allocated was not up to the mark as there was some dust & maintenance was not there. Restaurant was available & we had a food but it was not affordable.

Rooms are good, but i booked room in oyo in advance and went there by midnight 3o clock and asked the manager room but he taught i am new customer and made me wait for so long that i am waith with my mother outside the building for 1 hour fighting with oyo customer care.

The AC could be fixed, it is not cooling the room soon. Room is extremely clean and near. Room service is great. Nice cooperative staff. Complimentary breakfast is really good.

The location of the hotel is in a crowded place with difficult access. Rooms are clean but small. Staff are cordial. Biggest plus point is that it is at the city center.For complementary breakfast, prices are different. The place has an attached bar.

Worst hotel. Rooms were not clean. Small cockroaches was found everywhere. Unhygenic breakfast found small cockroach in the breakfast also. Highly disappointed with OYO. Not suitable for family. Bar is attached to the hotel. Not worth of one star also. I would give it zero. Clumsy place, no parking facility available. Drinking Water supplied by hotel is not clean. AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

Could not take bath in the morning as there was no water. asked manager who switched on the motor but water was available only after 20 minutes. Otherwise nice and clean hotel with value for money.

One of the worst hotel near to periamet. There is no cleanliness. We can see many bugs and insects in the room and in bed. They is no proper response from hotel management and also from OYO. Here Im posting few photos, we can see insects and bugs clearly. Maintenance was very poor, try to avoid it. Hope OYO will set back this.
