Decent place in the middle of some place with no hotels...They need to work a bit of their basics.. cleaning and attendance. Overall a 4 star rating experience.

Overall ok. Room and toilet was clean but could be cleaner if the staff take some good care. May be due to covid no food served in the room. Asked for a flask to buy tea from outside shop but got a negative answer. No other guests helped us use the single car parking. The staff at the reception was courteous. WiFi worked well. The premises is located near to the eastern side of the Tambaram railway station and very near to Madras Christian College. The place was calm and safe.

Staffs are really good response from Customers. All types of Luxry Facilities are also available in this Residency. Per day 1800 Rupees are rented in this Residency. But it’s really worth.

AC not working bed no proper cleaning

The room was good, but the beddings were quite dirty. No TV no WiFi no complimentary breakfast as shown in their page. Staffs were polite though the room could have been better.

In nutshell. People were very helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean. They were courteous. Overall stay is pleasant.

Stayed in this hotel on the way to airport.This is a great option for people who want to relax for a bit before catching an early morning flight. This hotel is right off the highway. It is very clean and hotel staff were very helpful. They arranged hot water for a quick shower at midnight. Will stay here again.

Better to avoid

Best lodging facility. The furnishing that they have done is excellent. The wooden panelling along the corridors give it a five star feeling.On the negative side the corridors are cramped. The elevator was not working.

Cozy hotel, nestled on a hub with. Lose proximity to bus stand, railway station, east tambaram without the hullabaloo of traffic or noise. Rooms are clean and spacious with great Customer service, both Mathew and Rao took good care of us. They also offer complimentary breakfast and couple of mineral water every day.My experience is nothing short for what i expected.

Hotel is new building and it very near to the prime location of Tambaram railway station. Room was spacious with all necessary accessories. Rest room was neat and tidy. Hotel provides only small soap. Two half liters water bottle are given as complimentary. Only biggest problem in this hotel is they dont have in house kitchen..I mean no restaurant inside the hotel, moreover there is no hotels (small hotel too) near by.. minimum u should travel atleast 45 mins to find hotel...but they provide morning breakfast only after 8 am. People who can manage Thier lunch and dinner on their own can manage in this hotel.

AC was not working properly, some how managed .They have a Tata Sky DTH connection and there was no channels working other 2 Tamil Channels... when i asked reception there was no reply. They offer complimentary breakfast which is very very very limited which cannot full a 5 year old kid stomach.. other than everything was fine... they offer 2 Half liters excellent mineral water..excellent service..Only disadvantage is they dont have a in house kitchen

First of all the check in times are not at all flexible. They charge you extra for it. The rooms are in perfect condition. Every thing is new and premium, from a class above. They do not have an in hotel kitchen. All room services are take away from nearby hotels which they arrange. Its very inconvenient at times. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. It was stinky and tainted. The linen was also tainted. They is a water kettle, but no raw materials for making tea/ coffee. TV is good and covers wide range of languages. Staffs are highly cooperative and have good linguistic ability. Even though its a two star hotel, a tea costs 40 RS and bottle of water is 30. And they do not have tax bill too. The hot water supply in my room was not working. Two to three calls to reception got me a bucket of it. Toiletries are minimal so is linens. But they arranged a dental kit for me free of cost (Colgate brush and paste). There are no plates and cutlery to eat your takeaway dishes. So carry your own stuff. The complimentary breakfast is just name sake. No options and you need to pay extra even for tea.

The staff were friendly. Okay place to stay if looking for a comfortable yet cheaper option. Found it better than most Oyo rooms.

Surprisingly good hotel in this part of chennai, . never expected at this price point, its a brand new hotel, well maintained and hygenic. Bit difficult to locate in maps. Hotel doesnt have its own restaurant, they bring from some chettinadu restaurant outside. Food taste is not that great, but ok. Food quantity is very high, had to waste lot of food, one plate generally suffice for 2 persons. 24 hr check in possible. Manager and staff very friendly. Will be staying again

The name and the feel of staying matches to much extent.Pros: near to bus stop of east Tambaram, well maintained rooms, service is good, ac is really good, place is in decent looking areaCons: No parking. If you are planning to drive a car here make sure you have a parking space which is some yards off the hotel on the main road.

Stayed here 3 nights walking distance to most major attractions, markets, shops and restaurants. Hotel comfortable and very clean - breakfast was wonderful. All staff helpful, Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again…….

Loved the Hotel. The restaurant is so good and provide delicious food. Rooms are big and spacious. Good for family as well as friends.

Rooms are clean and up to the mark, Toiletries, Water Bottle, Tea kettle provided. Not having restaurant right now but they provide good quality food from the kitchen located nearby. Everything is fine we have a pleasant stay.

I went to this hotel in the evening about 1700 hrs and I was in a hurry for a business meeting and required some documents print for my meeting, then I came to know they also have a business center in the reception, this helped me lot for taking prints, scan and desktop mailing with web cam facilities.Its really saved my time and I attended the meeting on time with required documents
