AC was not working. Even after multiple complaints it was not resolved. Good for budget visit.

Apt place to chill out for an team/family outing. Lawn n pool area has been neatly maintained...bedrooms were clean and neat..hall furnishings could have been slightly better as no adequate seatings provided...no additional bed options as we were 10 n bedding was good only for 6...overall a decent place to chill out :)

Suitable for about 3 families and for a weekend getaway. Simple place with basic facilities and has a swimming pool. ( Though it was off limits due Covid during my visit )

Decent nice location for small parties.

It was a good experience. Good and best choice for a group ranging above 10 to max 50 heads. Additionall chair requirements needs to be updated earlier as only 20 chairs are there in the ground floor Hall. The Hall doesnt have an AC, though fans n natural air is sufficient but not during summers. External food vendors allowed. Gas, stove n cylinder to be carried. One basic music system is given at an additional cost of 750INR.The swimming pool is decent and suited to kids and adults likewise. The first floor has 3 AC rooms(watch out for only one remote). Beds are ok. Pillows can be more cushioned. The balcony space outside the room is a cool place to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink.Inside parking space is less, so if any games like volleyball, badminton, cricket etc needs to be played, cars needs to be parked outside.Overall at a decent cost, its worth tur experience.

Photos on the website are photoshop beautified ones. Highly deplorable and worst maintenance of the property. Caretaker is a nice person.However no arrangement for tea/coffee even. For everything we have to go out . The doors cannot be locked even and the bed spreads are in need of a big overhaul.

Swimming pool was nice.. Rooms were below average but the ambience and sea breeze was wonderful..

Decent place for get-togethers. Friendly staffs. It has 3 bedrooms beds are without bedsheets and the beds are bit unclean. They have basketball court , vollyball court, LCD TV, fridge, water can, chairs, dinning table Beach is in walkable distance. We paid 15K very expensive for this place.

Very good place to spend time. Close by beach, petty shops. Spacious for car parking, volleyball, TT, swimming pool are for some sports time.

Can only accommodate 9(3*3) people if you think of sleeping. No additional beds provided. Water is fine. Washrooms are neat but flush wouldnt work properly. Swimming pool is good. You can sit on the pool side dropping your legs into it(not recommend) but highly chlorinated. Hence, you can see a different color of your dress when you come out of the pool. (use recommend clothing only). However, though its chlorinated, you can see tiny insects in the pool.

Good place to stay however it would be better if they provided food

Pool was maintained ok, no refill after the vistors leave. No extra sheets were available in the rooms, only one was provided

Resort was great but the bathrooms could have been better.

A good place to spend some quality time. Beach is nearby within 200 meters but not so good. Pool is fine. Spacious insides. But no shops are around. Get your stuffs before going there or make your own mode of transportation available all the times. Arrange for your own food as cooking or barbecue cant be done there. 3 rooms for accommodation on first floor with air conditioners and a medium sized hall in ground floor. Parking space would be nice. But be aware that you gotta give some extra money to the caretaker while leaving cause weve given when we left.

Very nice and private place to enjoy the outing with friends. Rooms are big but not so clean. Nice place to have a friends get together. Beach access is restricted now which a bit disappointed.

A very good place for office or family get-together. There are 3 big rooms on first floor with a double cot and attached restrooms. More space is available in the room for cots on the floor (3 more people can lie down on the floor ) however cots are required to be brought by us. If you are booking through some agency, ask them for chairs, music system etc - they are available upon request only (might cost extra). Swimming pool is really good - apt for 10 to 15 people max (for playing games etc). The lawn is not too big, not much games can be conducted there. However there is a small cemented area with basketball ring. There you can do something. There is a huge hall space and kitchen - good to cook something together and enjoy. Two cars can be parked without blocking the above provisions. Other cars can be parked outside too - the streets are rarely manned. The beach is about 50m to 100m from the house - not sure if there is a pathway to enter - when we went it was blocked.Paid about 10k for 10people - was definitely worth it.

Located in calm place..Compact house and very small garden and small swimming pool.. Swimming pool is allowed only 2hours either morning or evening..They didnt allowed pool for second time for us..Near to the beach so also you can enjoy the view from top level of building... small parking facility - you can park only 3-4 cars inside..

The rooms were good. I was happy about the swimming pool. We were given some indoor games like carrom board and table tennis. The television worker alright. It was hard to find the exact turn to get here as there were no proper sign boards directing us to temple tree resort. Overall it was a bearable experience.

Nice place but suitable for 20 members

We had lovely time there. It is a private beach house and costs around 15k for a night. It is food for a big group. The dinner was included and gorgeous. Mind you that there is no access to the Beach through this resort. Swimming pool is clean and rooms are comfy. We would book it again.

Good resort with reasonable price. They have kept the swimming pool clean and rooms also good.One star reduced because of the entry to the place. First it does not have any board in the ecr road and worst thing is the slope to the entrance. Its extremely bad.

This is a fine place for bachelors to enjoy the weekend holidays as a team, it has a building approximately of size 36x36 feet area thats1300 sq ft totally out consists of 3 three need rooms at first floor and a hall in the ground floor with TV and fridge. Volley ball basketball posts swimming pool area available, we can either Play volley ball or basketball at a time, Im reducing one star just because of the swimming pool construction as it doesnt have bath area to rinse or drainage went to take dust outside, otherwise its a best place to spend quality time if you are a liquor consumer, place is clean and tidy, cost is around 18k for 25 people max, from 10 am to next day 8 am

Its an excellent place for weekend gateway, suitable for bachelor party, corporate outing, weekend outing.Not suitable for family, provisioned with 3 AC Room in first floor and a big hall in ground floor along with LCD TV. Good swimming pool with volleyball and basketball, beach area is walkable distance.

Spacious but not very well maintained beach house. Large front area with a nice pool and a volleyball play area. The rooms were in a disintegrated state with peeled off paint, dysfunctional ac and an overall outdated look. If you ate adventurous, you can take a 5 min walk to a mostly secluded beach after climbing over a wall. The beach was nice compared to other beaches in Chennai.There is a large hall with some old sofas and a separate room on the ground floor and 3 separate bedrooms upstairs. A nice balcony overlooking the pool and front area. But for 15k - 20k per day for a group, there are better beach houses in ECR.

Really good place for a extended family or friends reunion that can host up to a capacity of 35-40 headcount with ease. The facility is neat and clean as seen in the pics. However, the bedding facilities (hard mattresses, lousy pillows, even more lousy sheets) are truly a let down. Further, the AC has to be services more often. If this can be taken care off, the price and facility is well worth.

Very good. near the beach. Quite expensive but when a group of people go the costs come down and the fun gets multiplied. The swimming pool is clean and they maintain the premises very well.

A decent resort having basic amenities. Has a pool, 3 rooms, a large hall and a small play area. Be it family get together of 2 or 3 families max or friends get together about 10 or 12 max can accommodate easily. Sort of decently priced of 8K for a noon to noon check-in/check-out. Only concern is on food, if you dont order with them, u got to plan yourselves well before you get into the place, else you may need to go till Mahabalipuram since theres no good restaurants nearby and no swiggy services as such. Overall a good place for a weekend getaway.

Its a nice villa with pool. The caretaker will ask to shut the music off after 10:30. The pool water was very bad and smelling bad. It only has 3 rooms ( with ACs and double beds) and a hall with no AC and kitchen attached.

Fine place for Team and family get-togethers... Their accommodation includes one medium-sized swimming pool,3 bedrooms with bed and a/c, one dining hall and for gaming they provide table tennis, shuttle bats, basketball in free and for others, you have to pay extra... The beach house price varies from 10k-25k based on the days!!!

The beach house is marvellous. It has everything the pool and the courts for the games. We had a great experience. It is good for a weekend.

Its a good place to visit with all the family including cousins or friends around a group of 20 . There is a beach of a walking distance and its a beautiful view of sunrise. Located quiet far from the city. Definitely recommended!

It was a good stay, the food was good ,the rooms were good and clean, we had a music system, the pool was a bit unclean and mainly the cost overall was more as of the tax and the extra charges for food and all but for a group outing it is a good place and there is beach over a distance

Nice and clean resort with good proximity to the beach. But the furnitures seemed very old and facilities available are very limited. Carry everything on your own including towels, because nothing but the place is provided.

Good and secluded place. No disturbances from anywhere.The beach house is ground plus one floor. Ground floor is a big hall with the following ameneties: tv, fridge, dinning table, 4chairs and water filter. The first floor has three bedrooms with double cot bed, AC and attached bathroom in each rooms. The lawn consist of a clean swimming pool, two outdoor toilets, basketball board. Parking space is available.CONS: First thing: there is NO accessibility to the beach at all, walls are built with glass pieces embedded in them. NO plates, glasses, spoons available. NO toiletries, NO towels. Bring all required essentials if you are planning to stay here.For food, the beach house arranges if you pay at the time of booking. For food , on ECR you can find few hotels. You also can book for an amp system. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Awesome place for weekend time with family or friends. Rent is also very very reasonable. Only drawback is the distance from City. Too far away . But worth traveling

Enjoyed lot in temple tree with my friends but charging more for 1 day like merely10000 to 20000.swimming pool is very small but basket ball court and volleyball court is nice to entertain.

The staffs are not good the pool was dirty. air condition on the rooms were not working properly. They just allow music for 5 hrs only not worth it for the money we pay. Guys who are planning to go should prefer some other farmhouse

All are ok but in night mosquitoes nuisance is very horrible.
