Been to a marriage function there. Took a room for the night stay. Room furnishings were good but the turkey towels provided were shabby. That is the reason for 4 stars.

This is a budget hotel in Pallavaram. Very near to the main road. Easily accessible. Staffs are very co operative. Food made is of good quality. If you expect a 3 star treatment, you will not get it. This hotel gives a 2 star performance. Rooms are neat and clean. But the hiuse keeping staff is a little bit lazy. You have to tell everytime to clean it. The manager is very nice and helping. Full time hot water is also available although it will take some time for it be hot.

This hotel is located near airport thats a plus.Its an old hotel and unclean according to my standards. The sliding windows in the room doesnt lock from inside so there is a safety issue.Bathroom light doesnt turn off.Mirrors are aged and rusted must of the places..Bathroom Doors were chipped and plywood on the door was loosely hanging.They cleaned the room old style with phenoyl so the room had a smell throughout.Corridors were clean but looks old and rusted.Sofa at the reception is worn out at places and dusted.You can stay there just to sleep and catch an early morning flight...

They infact agreed to adjust my check-in time from 12:00 noon to 8:00 am and made 24 hrs check-in & check-out to my convenience. Food is not available as how it is in the menu card. Thats the only drawback I feel.Complimentary breakfast was OK, like a simple one, but coffee, tea or juice were not provided.So with apps like Zomato & Swiggy, we were able to have good food in the room itself.So, overall, it will be a pretty worthful stay indeed.

The hotel is located right on the mount road and very close to the airport. There is ample parking. The room and the linen were clean and the service prompt. The bed was comfortableThe Pongal was very tasty. The hotel is value for money. The hotel has a little used look. It will be a perfect place to crash out before or after a flight

This hotel is one of the best i always love to stay here when i am in Chennai on Business the staff are very friendly and treat you well , This hotel is in a very good location close to the Airport , Railway Station and Bus Terminus and about 12 km to the city center best place to stay. Complimentary Break-fast and Air-Port Pick-up at Hotel Vehicle is good service and helpfull to us. Mount View Bar is good location. Two star hotel.

There were only north Indian servers who dont know Tamil and we didnt know Hindi to communicate to them. Asked for veg briyani ended up with chicken briyani. Hotel management have to employ local people than other state people. So that the customers will be comfortable in visiting there.

The hotel is located on the mason road and it is very close this the airport. The sheets we clean. The hotel is a bit old and it is a Good place to stay at the rate of .. per day. The breakfast was tasty

Price is OK, hotel is good and located in pallavaram on road. So too traffic and closer the airport.Too many rooms available and different types of rooms (8 person, 6 persons) can stay in single room.If you book the room directly they will give little extra hours to extend the room.

The hotel charged ₹1450 for single person for 6 hours for which the room was not worth at all.The room has stinking smell. The A/C in the room was not serviced for ages and produce lot of noise. The room was full of mosquitoes.The toilet was stinking worst and was not cleaned properly at all. No complimentary water bottle, no complimentary toiletries, the towel provided was in worst condition.Stay away from this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Its on the main. The hotel has excellent feel inside it. It certainly was very comfortable. Although the service wasnt very good. The guard on the night shift was already drunk, the hotel staff wasnt answering our questions properly. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay.

The hotel is located at GST Road and is easily accesible by mean of road and rail. The rooms are pretty okay. It has ample parking space for cars. The marriage hall associate with this is decent with a capacity of nearly 300. The rental of these halls may appear high.

Middle range hotel with carpark and breakfast included. Service good but rooms are old and worn-out!. Official and travelling professionals prefer. If youre expecting calm environment, then remember there is function hall below. During wedding and ceremony too noisy, so enquire before booking!

I booked a room in this hotel during the month of November 2017. The cost of a room is 1700Rs and 24 hours check out.Its very near to airport. Its just okay kind of hotel. The elevator was not working most of the time you need walk in stairs with all your luggages. Morning breakfast is pathetic. These are very old rooms recently renovated but not up to the mark.

Restaurant is too good. You get very good meals at cheaper rate here. I think this is the only place, where, you will be offered a meal at just 65INR.Good service and good environment.

Roof top bar was good and decently maintained. Food taste was good and nice place to enjoy with gang be it office party or friends getting a plan to drink and dine.

Had issue with hotel billing. They took more than 30 min and did not give bill for food ordered. They do not ask if you are paying by cash/card, we have to inform them prior itseems, else they demand cash saying bill is already done and they have mentioned cash. Very bad service. Avoid this hotel. One of the worst hotel i have been. I will never stay in this hotel or recommend anyone to stay here.

Worst hotel. I booked this hotel after viewing ratings from bookmytrip. Bad decision. There were too many mosquitoes in the room. I had to call them many times to get a mosquito repellent. The service ,the food is pathetic. Until you call them many times they will not provide even basic things.

Dusty room. Restaurant smells of piss, not a single person spotted eating there. Staff is ok. Ac and bath were fine. There are 10 times better rooms availabke for this price in Chennai. But I guess the location bang in front of airport favors this place.

Located in a convenient location on the GST road. Offers food in the restaurant in the same group. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food available in the restaurant. Rent is affordable and can be considered as les expensive considering the location of the hotel. Nearby there are plenty of vegetarian restaurants as well.

Rooms are good, but service is not satisfactory. Though they are providing complementary breakfast, the plates are very dirty and on requesting not a single spoon provided. Only half an hour given one plastic spoon. Most of the reputed hotels in pallavaram area are providing the facility of free dropping and pick up, but hotel manickam grand directly refused on the justification that I booked through goibibo.Its my request to the guests please opt for a hotel providing free pick up and dropping to airport.Joy bhargavan

Good place to stay and enjoy they serve good food . Air-conditioners are too old and too noisy. Some aroma stick smell which makes the place smell like temple.

Please don go to it. A worst service. They didnt even give a Normal drinking water. I have booked two rooms. When i was out of hotel i got call from receptionist stating that we need to clean the room so we need to open the room as we have a master key we will open it and clean. I just gave permission to open only one room. During the evening we returned to the room and we found still the cleaning process was taking place. Since we have to rush to a family function we were running out of time so all six members used a single room to get ready. I had paid for two rooms and just used one room due to the hotel cleaning activities. Even rooms were not that much clean. A name sake AC and TV.

Stay at hotel manickam grand was pleasant . but i should get some refund, as the original bill was less than what i paid actually. please look into the matter and do the needful for better relationship **.with regardsJoy Bhargava

One such dirty ugly hotel i ever stayed. Its like a devil house with dust, rust everywhere. Not worth the amount. We can give 100 rs/ day as rent instead of 1500rs/ day. About redbus.in- hotel cancelled my reservation due to their issue with redbus. And i was not even notified about this. I went to hotel, during checkin hotel guy said they rejected the reservation and then i called redbus customer care and it was busy. I had to pay 1600rs out if my pocket to make a walkin reservation. I had to call redbus three times and then i got my refund

Hotel is near the Airport(Close to 4KM) So in case you need a place to hop in for a transit or rest definitely you can go for it. Hotel Manickam Grand have like a 3 star bar on the terrace best place to go out with your friends cheap and best with fits in your budget it is better than Mahalaya and grand palace very much near by Pallavaram and also Chrompet the combo package is the best thing in this place so choose chicken with beer combo if you need to spend time take a room and get Boozz...

Terrible from a cleanliness standpoint. Do yourself a favor and look out for other options.

First and foremost....EVEN IF YOU HAVE BOOKED A ROOM....DONT BE HAPPY...BECAUSE IT MAY NOT BE ALLOTTED TO YOU...and that I speak from personal experience. It being in a prime location and 24 hr checkout facility is very lucrative but there is 100% chance that you will not be allotted the room you booked. I had to fight the manager at 1;30 in the night to get the room I booked and even the gentleman who arrived after me couldnt find accommodation though he had booked 2 Executive Rooms for Business meetings....P.S: WiFi is available only at the Reception and the Restaurant...and the rooms are congested....

Good place for having get together... Costly but ok type place. Near to main Corner of Pallavaram signal which is easily accessible from road and rail.

Room was clean but toilet was bad. All the tabs are very tight and flush valves not working properly in Room No.109.we have to pour the water. Room size is small. Otherwise there is no complaint about this HOTEL. Located in main area , they are providing breakfast.I recommend this HOTEL for budget peoples.

I used to be a regular staying at this hotel due to their location. This time i was shocked to see them having moved their buffet breakfast to 2nd floor and hardly any food was there when i was waiting along with fellow guests for quite some time. It appears that have moved their buffet to 2nd floor after converting their ground floor restaurants to attract the public. The service guy was not even interested to replenish the food once it got over. Through disappointment. Even the WIFI was not working in the third floor. They have gone from bad to worse.

I happend to stay there for 2 days, it wasnt the best hotel in pallavaram area, I feel there are so many better hotels than this, the rooms were okish & food was pretty normal, the only thing that I liked about this hotel is the location, its located on the pallavaram main road which is only the good thing.

Please dont ever choose this hotel... The rooms are untidy as hell and there is no room service at all.. the restaurant charges you triple for normal food.. and what more... There were people knocking at my door at midnight for no reason.. later realized that they were from.bar...
