The Place Saibala Inn is a good Place to stay. ! The Inn keeper, Mr. Satish is excellent in recieving and very Helpful.The rooms and corridors are neat.It would have been better, if there was a Window in the Single room .The supermarket is right under it . Hotel is right next to it. Neaby to Airport, Metro and Local Station.They also provide good hot/cold mineral water..Overall 4star rated.

Rooms are spacious. But attention to the guests could be improved. Daily cleaning is not done unless you remind them. In this covid time, this is a must.

This place was near and tidy. The staff were courteous. I came late in the night and they received me from the entrance and helped me out with my luggage. Its a family run place and you can feel the love in the experience.

Worst people I have ever seen. I booked a double room for my uncle for 2 days. He is 67 years old and sugar and heart patient. They gave him room at 3rd floor. We checked early. So they asked for 500 more. We paid in cash. But from afternoon lift was not working. So I asked for a room at first floor. They said they have only one single room. When they showed us the room, it was very small and it was full of cigarette smell. We were not able to go inside. When asked they said a chain smoker stayed there for 3months. There was a triple room but they asked for 1000 rupees more. So I decided to leave. All I asked them was to return one day money which we never stayed. Since we booked for 2 days and stayed less than half day.What I asked was very fair and reasonable one. ..This is a worst place. I have stayed in their Sai bala grand hotel, which is a better one. We regularly eat there too. I like the food there very much. Rooms are little bit costly though.

Very bad rooms, with frequent power cuts and dirty linens. The washroom was in decent condition hence adjustable.

The cot was broken and the guy got money for unnecessary things. I took covid test there as it is mandatory for traveling in international flights. But its only 1300 rupees but the guy charged 4000 from me.

You will not get Airport shuttle service and bill when you check out. If you requested taxi in the morning they will arrange early with your wake up call and charge you for cancellation. Breakfast daily same which brought from outside and before 8:20am you will not get breakfast.

Room was average but room facilities like hot water is not available. The room was booked with free breakfast but they have not provided. Earlier promised to keep luggage in free of cost in cloaking room while we are away but charges was imposed in collecting time. Also They have agreed they will give free pick up but they have charged for that too and did not keep their words. This hotel is out of consideration list in future.

I had a stay here for a night when I had Airport transit. The room, bathroom, bed and other things were as expected. They were fine for a night for a single occupant. They even served morning breakfast on time. I chose this place as it was showing close to the airport, but its not. There is around 7km distance from the airport and you might have to use Ola or Uber. They had promised airport pick up and drop off, both they didnt do. The location was not good.

The staff gave the luxury room we booked to the people who came before us and gave us the normal one but they didnt adjusted the price according to it. We ended up paying for luxury room and living in the other one. Also the variety they show online is just to attract people. Other then free Wi-Fi they dont have any other amenities to offer so dont expect much. Well the room is fine just like the pictures you may see when you google it in Google Maps. Its relatively fine for a family of three but they will provide extra bedding (mattress) in case you ask for it. Also the room is neat, clean and organized. You may find the necessary items nearby and the place is comfortable, the washrooms are also in good condition. overall its a good stay. Still its a 10 to 20 minutes away from the Airport and Pallavaram Railway Station.

Manager tried to give us a cheaper room rather than the one we had paid for but then soon gave us the right room. Very courteous staff. Theres a shop just below the hotel with everything youll need. Manager speaks hindi, english, Tamil so you wont have a problem. Rooms are clean, well furnished and in excellent condition.

The staff working are not so responsible to the customers..We had an early morning ✈️ and none of the staff were available in the reception to open the locked main door to exit..An irresponsible and negligent behaviour from the staff.

Absolutely terrible...I feel the travel apps should take this hotel out of their list..completely false information.. pathetic food even worse than the street food..they get it from some house nearby..no mineral water bottles available in-house..they get them from outside after taking cash from us.... there is no breakfast forget complimentary which some travel sites mention... extremely interior .. even several cabs like OLA/Uber come with great hesitation.. staff is always asking about checkout and are rude.. the room wasn’t cleaned, the overnight food was left stinking.And yes one travel app even mentions Airport Drop!!! What a joke..when asked these guys they said all this information is not put up by us but by the travel app through which I booked this hotelNever ever go to this hotel.. it’s the worst

Rooms are good. Customer service is also good. There is no vehicle parking available. We have to park our car or bike on the street our own risks. Around 2 kilometres away from main road. Breakfast is not provided. There is no restaurant available nearby.

I have stayed here for couple of days during my visit here for work. Pretty close to the airport and very affordable. The quality of rooms are great! The hospitality is great. I would recommend it!

The rooms we booked were not allotted to us as they had given the room to someone else so the room we got was fine but we had to pay for the King Suit we booked online while living in normal one. And dont expect an amenities they show other then free Wi-Fi. Also dont book rooms online. Though the rooms were good.

Mosquitoes are an issue. And the sound of flights may cause disturbance since rooms are not tightly covered.Staffs are good.

Rooms are average. Clean bathroom. The locality is not great and since it is near the airport, youll have to bear with the noises of the airplanes landing all night. Bad experience After I reached there they told me wait for few minutes I asked why what happened then he told they dont have single bed and please wait some time someone Will check out Right now then Will give you the Room This Will early morning around 2.30am after 15 or 20 minutes later they give top of the floor 4 bed Room indian type toilet and one door cant lock (aluminium fabricated door). so I adjusted that bcz of the time. linens also worst. second thing is after I change my dress and fresh UP gone to sleep 20 minutes later he came to room and told me sir please change the Room I asked why they told me another 3 packs Guest came some foreigner Then i change the Room 2nd floor double occupancy room around 3.15am completely lost my brain in last night bcz want to wake-up 6 in the morning and I want to go airport.....🤔😕.

Though this place is near the airport but the taxi took almost 45 min to find the place because it is not in google map and not recognized by the locals because of no proper signage. It is a small Inn with supermarket downstairs. Dirty surrounding, dirty water dispenser but the room is okay... It is only good for resting while waiting for transit.

The place is very near to airport. The security is also good for couple. We enjoyed our stay and stuff is also supportive. The condition of the rooms are very nice. There is good parking space. The availability of transportation form the hotel is also very convenient. ATM is also nearby. The onething wich I dont like is they do not support card payment. Rest of the things very workable and fine. I would recommend to stay there if you are late in night.

I checked in with my wife and baby late night for a terrible experience. The hotel had some repair and maintenance going on and they kept waking us up all the time. The noises were so loud that my baby didnt sleep at all. Complained several times but staff didnt do a thing. There wont be anybody in the reception to take your requests.Do yourself a favor and never book this hotel.

We booked a family room! And we were given with doubles room! The room was clean but the bedsheets were not up to the mark! The bed was not comfortable to have a peaceful sleep! We travelled with a one year old kid and we kept on repeatedly telling them to keep the family room ready but it turned to be a true disappointment!

I will never go in this hotel again,I was there only for 5 hrs. When called for hotel booking he told less rent for room stay during Morning and called me twice and after reaching to hotel he has double the room rent. Owner is not listening to you and he is only after money.Do not trust on owner . Very very bad location.Dirty area and very much remote location and to many turnings. As we three entered this crampy hotel, by 12 .30 a.m. someone welcomed us by saying there is no room. When we showed our booking details, he started speaking with someone long time testing our patience. Finally we were allotted a unpleasant, smelly room with low class indian water closet toilet. We couldnt even get hot water for batheing in the morning. Though it is close to airport, transit passengers will feel uncomfortableNever recommend to anyone

My booking experience was bad... it was a midnight I booked a double room and offered single for the same price, no other options to negotiate since I have to catch my flight in next few hour.

It was a very bad place to stay. There was no pick up and drop off facility. Its near to airport that is good but too noisy. Services were poor. In my 6 hours stay, hardly anyone came. Not even basic things like water was provided. Pathetic place, services and location.Please avoid this place, better check some other options nearby.

Noisy personell, I didnt sleep at all. I asked for a wake up alarm theyve never done. I booked a taxi trough the receptionist for the early morning, taxis never came I risked to miss the flight. They were totaly unreliable. I got angry then they told me shut up!

Two double bedded rooms were given to us for 8 adults and 2 children. I have booked rooms for 8+2.One extra mattress was given in both the room. No good restaurant nearby.
