Cozy rooms but again are comfortable enough for an individual or family. The best part is the staff handling room service and the restaurant are really very courteous and professional. I strongly recommend this hotel for stay as its not just the hotel facilities but for the location too..

I always stay at Pride whenever I travel to Chennai be it for business or personal purpose. charges are very good and you get a star property and star class service. Also, most of the places are accessible, ample parking space too.Room service was quick and they serve at late nights too.

Service needs to be improved. Complimentary breakfast was good as they offered a variety of items. Also my checkout time was 12 and i have some urgent work over there so they allow me an extra 3 hrs.

Horrible, A dump nodded hotel, very unhygienic. Staffs are too smart.Some of them are even smarter than their Dad and moms.Actually they are destroying the indian hospitality scenario....In future that is a depreciating asset adjoining the private hospital.The local government should not take any loyalty from them....and should shut down the hotel.The environment nearbyis getting eroded.One should see the staff entry area to witness how much dirty they are.....

Best place to stay. I was here for 2 days in the month of march, 2021. Very clean and hygienic hotel ... staff is really well trained ... it has a gym, spa and swimming pool. it also has a dine in open area in top floor ... my stay was really amazing... will definitely recommend to all audience watching this review... 😀

Staff is friendly but arrangement is poor had to change 2 rooms back to back... We had booked this hotel 2 months back. Its was a pleasure experience. So we again booked this hotel with that experience. This time also we got the clean & hygiene room. But we had a bitter experience with the staff. I have booked a Goibibo 1+1 Non-veg set meal and paid the full amount through Goibibo. I informed at restaurant about this . I was waiting for the confirmation. Someone said this is only for 1 person and need to pay for extra person. I said already full amount paid to Goibibo. He said 1 + 1 is one room and one person for lunch. I have shown the voucher. It has complete details along with QR. They can check and confirm with Goibibo if they have any queries. Its a simple offer. 1 + 1 means pay for one and get one extra. I dont understand why he started assuming on his own. Its quite embarrassing. He might have seen other paying the full amount at restaurant. But they need to check the full details before saying something.

Never recommend this hotel. Faced issues like cockroach in the food, spoiled curd served for lunch, room was not so clean.etc. But staff was good and polite.Not a great place to stay. You cannot adjust the Ac directly. You need to call reception, they will send maintenance team, after that it can be adjusted. Stressful stay.

The attitude of Mr sunil Rao is totally rude . The service is of the hotel is really bad. They dont know how to converse with their customers that clearly shows the 3.8 rating on Google. With so much happening around chennai, staying in prime location of chennai is very important! This hotel at kilpauk, very closer to railway station and exact opposite to Nehru park metro helped me travel at ease without much of time or money to spare. Their suites gave me very good feel of staying in utmost comfort with soft duvet, i liked it very much. Their service was perfect, during this period, their sanitization and safety was par, while i was in the room, they didn’t enter. They clean it when i went for work and again seal it with safety. Overall i would recommend this place to all of you because it will surely save you from empty pockets and leave you with great memories and stay.

It looked so awesome with very easy connectivity from the city’s corner through bus and metro. It had awesome rooms with good room service and safety and sanitisation at no compromises. It is one of the best hotel to stay in chennai for enjoying chennai while staying at its heart. It is closer to railway station and just opposite to nehru park metro. Their rooms are so comfortable and varied according to your budget, i took a suite room which gave me luxury at its best price. I will surely tell you to try them and enjoy your stay.

Pleasant stayI had to stay at The Pride Hotel for a period of 12 days as a quarantine facility for my covid duty.There are three types of rooms offered to the best of my knowledge - deluxe, super deluxe and suit rooms . Super deluxe was my stay. Room was clean and neat with a good feel to stay in. However laundry facility was not provided and food (sponsored by corporation) was terrible.Room service was not timely enough and not satisfingHotel manager was friendly and soft spokenOtherwise everything was great.

Hotel or hostel?? This hotel provides no service at all. No laundary service. No hot water. All they have are rooms with old furnitures and stained toilets.

Staffs were very courteous and polite. Didnt get the feel of Pride. Had stayed with Pride at Nagpur and other few locations and expectations were huge. Rooms were having some different kind of smell. Lots of mosquitoes in the room due to which I couldnt sleep and had to call reception for some remedy. They tried their best but didnt felt the actual comfort of the brand.

Probably the worst hotel I have visited so far. In the beautiful city of Chennai, you can book this hotel to ruin your experience altogether. Starting from the locations, it was not good at all. The lobby was fine. Staff, specially the seniors were a bit arrogant. Rooms were small and shabby. A foul smell in the entire building, poorly maintained bathrooms. Towels, bed sheet all were dirty. Food was also not so good, not popular and many options in breakfast.Glad I was there only for one night.

The rooms r small but well designed n comfortable. But certain amenities were lacking like d slippers, small sized napkins. The towels provided were also not dat white n clean. There was some rattling noise coming from d centralised AC outlet which might b due to a rat or lizard inside it but because of that sound v were unable to have a sound sleep all night. The restobar was closed as it was under renovation..as it was told by them. Buffet breakfast was good but d dinner which v had ordered in d room itself was not upto the mark. D lane leading to d hotel is not a good one in terms of construction. But the location is good i.e it is on d main road right next to nehru park metro station. Overall it is an average 3 star hotel. Got a good deal on goibibo so booked dis hotel but wont visit it again as der are plenty of other options in a metro like chennai.It is couple friendly.

This place had a wonderful dining menu and the rooms were spacious enough. A well lit entrance lobby and a big parking space as well. I had gone on a official trip to Chennai and this hotel was also nearby to railway station. It would hardly take 10 mins to reach there. Worth the money and I would strongly recommend it. 👍

Check in was smoothThe bathrooms need a revamp badly, all their sanitary fittings are malfunctioning, the bathtub looks so dirty and unhygienicOn our first breakfast the restaurant at the ground floor was totally mismanaged, no cutlery or even tissues on the table, basic food items like idli chutney and boiled eggs took more than 45minutes to get refilled, none of the live counters were really live. 3 people to serve more than 30 guestsWhen complained about no HOT water in the bathroom, they sent a technician who tried to explain me that warm is Hot, I didnt I argue anymore cause I think it was useless to talk to him. None of the staff members let me speak to the manager when requested for the same.In room dining was prompt but in haste they forgot to give lime salt pepper and so also dining plates which had to be requested again.To clear the dining plates it took three calls and one full night !One small piece of advice from a really unsatisfied guest Please make sure to employ more staff which are competent enough to understand guest complaints, make the front office Guy speak politely, change all your bathroom fitting

I stayed here for 2 nights. Overall experience is good. Room was in good condition and well maintained. There is table and chair in the room if you want to work. Food is great with lot of options mainly for dinner. Staffs are polite and always available to help. Transport desk is awesome as I got car as per my request.

Excellent place to stay, great location ( metro station is 2 min away), good restaurants. The room size is good, a small but well organized bathroom, plenty of mirrors in the room, a great plus point was the presence of a hair dryer! These are small but thoughtful details!The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodative since we were to check in and check out at odd hours. The breakfast buffet was quite exhaustive and excellent with a combo of South Indian and Continental cuisines.

I have booked this hotel from 27/11/2019 till 1/12/2019. When my parents went for a dinner and came back to hotel, we found 2 unknown strangers in the room. Upon cross verification, it was told that the 2 person had told to the hotel staff that they related to us. Hence , the hotel staff provided the key to the unknown strangers. My parents decided to call police, and the two unknown stranger was taken by the police. Based on this incident, I have a big question mark on the safety and security in this hotel. Regards.

Small rooms.. costlier than other similar hotels in nearby lanes.. only advantage being located on the main road.. but then, its not easily seen from the main road.. Metro rail station is just next door and thats a big plus for which a star is awarded.. food, ambience and flexibility in the interest of the guest get one more star.. good management gets one more star.. room tariff at the desk is higher than if booked on travel websites defies logic for which one star is withdrawn.. Final score is 2 Stars.

One of the worst places to stay. The bedsheets are dirty. Mirrors and other articles in the washroom and room are rusted. Unclean waiters who would go about touching breakfast items with their unclean bare hands. Discourteous people at the reception. When I asked for a few coffee sachets in my room, someone at the reception rudely asked me - you are only one person why do you want to drink so much coffee. The floors are dirty. The walls are broken. This hotel is a classic example of how a hotel should not be. If you have any value for your money DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst service. It was recommended by one of my co-worker as this hotel is near to my office location. Soon after I entered in the room, I realized why the hotel rooms were cheap. First you wont really feel that you are in hotel room. Your AC may or may not work properly, you may end up getting old towels that may or may not be washed properly, forget about mini-bar (this will remain empty forever). On the name of tea and coffee you will get only one or max 2 tea bags and on asking room service they may send one or two bags extra. Room service is worst as they have only one guy during night to take care of entire hotel. Room service wont take your request as priority they will send the person as when they want and not as when you want something. You will end up noticing that basic toiletries are missing. Its worth paying 500-1000 extra and stay in a hotel where staff knows how to provide good service to the customer rather staying in this hotel.

We had booked the room through Make My Trip, after we saw the pictures of the room.We reached around midnight. We were welcomed by nice gesture but the room offered was different from what my friend had booked as per pictures.Further, we found that the hotel offered a Deluxe room to a customer who was fulfilling the formalities just before us but we were offered Standard room.On our query, we got an answer that both are same. We took the snap of sheet where all bookings were noted and found against some of the names it was written as Deluxe but against our name it was Standard.The room offered was ordinary.It was after few minutes that we received a call from the desk that in case we were not happy they will shift us.When we were shifted we found it was the same room which my friend had booked, after seeing the pictures.The room was good but the quality of pillows was not upto the mark. Even the AC was not working properly. Of course, the same was rectified.We had a lovely buffet breakfast.The property is very well located. It is also within walking distance from the Metro well connected to the Airport.

The location of the property is accesible from the major points in the city..the room was only ok and nothing too good..the bathroom was really bad with very little space..the fridge in my room also needed to be changed at night..the food served was really good and was the highlight of my stay..booked it on the basis of prides reliablity but was not satisfied at all..better services and rooms required..Location, food were good..the bathroom and the room overall was not upto the mark.

Bad rooms...Terrible room service. Asked for filtered water in my own bottle to avoid plastic water bottles... The filled was came after 50 minutes and the water had impure particles...Pillow covers were not clean and had hairs on them. Had to get it cleaned.Hair drier was not working. Had to get it fixed.There are insect eggs in Cupboards and people are clueless...Have to take shower in bath tub, but water gets clogged in the tub and you cant stand there...There is only one sofa to sit in a double occupancy room and looks stupid... The hotel guys are ok with it...Food is below average for their tariff..They call themselves 3 star, am not sure from which angle...Will never recommend this hotel
