Service is really bad.. no food.. no coffee... u request for something, they take forever to do.. I ordered a cup of coffee in the morning he about about an hr to get it.. no toiletries, no tissues, no water.. worst staff.. the only good thing is that the rooms r clean

Not at all suggested...The receptionist sounds bit hard (no smile, soft natured and not friendly)The rooms are very small (only in website the rooms are bigger, fakers)No proper food facility available (limited breakfast, no meals, they dont have proper kitchen set-up)Bed and pillows are dirty (stinking)Pricing(paid 2271) is too high for this kind of property (we get 3/4 star hotels in this price range)Requested them twice to send the bill in a mail but even after 2 days not yet received.Location is within in the city limits (dont expect for commercials)The only good I found was the property is neat.Overall, I will request you all not to take this place. Untill unless you dont have a option.🙏

Not worth the price at all. We can book a much better business hotel for this price. Room too small and congested, no restaurant nor proper kitchen, only limited fast food available. Overall bad experience.

Honest feedback. Had booked for exam stay nearby. Turned out to be a nightmare. Horrible torn dirty sheets, worst bathroom, can hear every sound outside room, no good food around, lots of mosquitoes (you wont get sleep). Downright unprofessional, rude, arrogant so-called manager. Creepy staffs. Avoid fab hotels. Its not worth it. Wasted money.

I assure one cannot find such a good hotel in Tambaram locality like golden swan. Mordern amenities, beautifully designed rooms and washrooms in a very calm environment. The most plus point is they provide everything in a very very low budget. I got this hotel for just Rs.1280 per night in Fab hotel app. The only downside is room service is slightly slow. Rest everything more than expected.

I have booked hotel for newly married couple through agoda website and I went to this hotel in person to pay earlier for booking they said me to pay while check-in but while we check-in they cancelled our booking and sold our room for someone else and blaming Fab website for room cancelation worst experience

Not even coffee was available at the hotel. I had a three days stay and never expected this kind of poor service from fab group of hotels..They are having the kitchen for just name sake.. Nothing is available.Tea shops are also not nearby.And for the ones who are planning to book room in this hotel never visit them directly. If you go directly they charge you higher. Online rates are cheaper for this hotel . So book only through online... They never provide discounted rate if you visit directly instead they charge you higher.Room was neat. But nothing else was good.

This is part of the chain of budget hotels. They do not have a restaurant and one cannot even get a coffee. Since there is no restaurant, room service is out of question. They serve pre-packed breakfast though.The rooms are well made and the restroom is clean. There is hot and cold water.I booked the room for three days and curiously, they seemed to be in a hurry to make me vacate the room. The check in is at 12.00 PM and checkout is at 11.00 am. In effect you pay for 23 hours.

The amenities within the room resembles a lodge. The restaurant is just name sake just to tag itself a hotel.They do offer complimentary food but no value for money. Wouldnt recommend this place unless you are considering it for its location.In my opinion I wasted my money by taking the suite for my accommodation.

The staff here was very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is fine too. There was just one problem with the bathing water. The water coming out of the shower was very hot. Like- hot af! Idk there was some sort of a problem with the geyser or what, but we managed and thats not gonna lower down what I rated :-) Im sure theyll fix it soon

Not visited the place. The kitchen seems to be facing the road.but place it is located is more a residential area. And one has to walk atleast 10 min for the nearest bus stop. An auto drive of 15 min would take you from the hotel to the Tambaram railway station .

The hotel does not have a manual lock from inside in the rooms of the guests. Womens are unsafe here. Every reputed hotel chain has this feature. When I complained about this. The hotel staff was not at all sorry for this and in turn said if everyone is managing so should you. Only the room service fellow knows hindi. And staff isnt very English friendly.
