Need more car parking space. Good and ambitious atmosphere. Neatly maintained. Can add some water fountain scene in front portion with lighting my suggestions. Can also open in and out entrance separately so as to avoid traffic block on small main road.

This Hall is very near to sea shore, quite place. Hall is very grand and well organized by the team based on the spaces available. Food and ambience is very good. Lightings over the all is well decorated. Lot of parking available on the road as well near the sea shore but not inside the hall.decorations and seating arrangements are good on the garden open space area, this area all can plan for reception.

Spacious A/C Hall but the dining area is small...need to wait for a long time for food...they do we have lawn but not utilised... separate car parking...the hall little inside those who are coming by public transport...need to walk a bit...

This MCC Hall and Laon not fit for Marriage and family functions...Rooms are not clean they have only 4 or 5.cleanersToilet flash most of the rooms not working..Kitchen and storage Rooms working area are small..The Manager and Accountant very sweet talk till you book the Hall..Once Received the money theire behaviour changed..On the whole the Hall and Laon is fit for only Bachelors Party and corporate party...Not for family functions and marriage..

This place is a nice place which is located close to the shore .It has indoor and lawn in the outdoor as well.But the huge problem here is trust worthy management and ruthless manager Mr Venkatraman.The issues started as soon we visited the place the manager started to bug us by asking for the advance eventually when we paid the next day they increased the price what we discussed initially so this continued to have further rounds of discussions but nothing was fruitful.In every wedding hall in the city they provide the venue at 1pm in the afternoon this is what we discussed with them and it’s pretty common and we also booked the 26 rooms in the beach park resort paying extra money.But here comes the pain ,when we entered the venue there was a wedding event which was already commencing and I spoke with the grooms father from the wedding he told us that they have agreement with MCC hall till 5 pm and the rooms where also occupied .All our relations who came from US and other parts of Tamil Nadu was roaming without proper shelter.We were so shell shocked and confused what to do next .Mr Manager started to play his role by using unparliamentary words to the people who were taking care of DJ setup and created a huge mess when people where around .HighlightsThe people here doesn’t care of sentiment or emotions but they just care about money.There is no proper drainage system.The swimming pool wasn’t ready has they promised .Ac was switched oftenIf you are planing to book this book it with proper agreement along with a advocate or a cop on your side .#MCC #HALL #BEACHPARK #RESORT

The Manager - Sri R.Venkatraman is very cooperative with his team in every aspect to celebrate successful & Happy wedding program. I recommend this Venue to celebrate wedding of the childeren.

This hall and lawn is Beautiful..But management is useless , we have taken hall , lawn and 26 Rooms paying extra money for RoomsTill 3.30. Rooms are not ready to occupy , all our Relatives came from aboard as well form other States and from various cities form Tamil naidu roaming without proper shelter..Manager & Accountant said they are total incharge asked us to collect keys for Rooms at 1PM..We all waited till 3.30 pm..in between Accountant said contact Manager of Rooms..he thrown his responsibility to another person ...After getting the Rooms it is not cleaned well,Toilet flashes not working many Rooms..Dairty water is coming in Taps.No Dressing Table in some of the Rooms...Females suffered a lot..MCC Hall and lawn is fit for corporate people get together and Bachalor parties ..Not fit for Marriage and family functions ..

Its a remote and quiet location if you desire a private, but high-key event, because there is a lot of area, all yours and for your family, or workforce but its remote for guests to arrive at, and not all guests can be accomodated.
