One of the worst restaurant . Dishes are horrible in taste and their prices are very high .

Once upon a time oyo is the best but now it totally reversed this was mine 2nd worst experience now i am not going to take any service through oyo.

I observed that their service is very poor.Proper response to your queries are not there. I complained about nonworking of TV yesterday night. 24 hrs passed no attention to it. Rooms are good. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was good so is the staff there.

The bathroom is ok. Food provided here is good. Especially meals. The party hall or other halls smells very bad. No good fragrance. Not well maintained halls. No WiFi.

I dont like the it cos the admin asking too personal questions. It is not very important asking abt age. Ask me to proof my wedding. Im upset with admin. This is the first time ihv been ask like this. Im traveling to india since 2008. This is not my first time staying here.

The worst hotel which charged me RM1500 for three nights. There is no free WiFi, no heating water jar, not hot water bath as stated an dont even has bottle water in the room. Such a messy and untidy hotel surrounding with full of dust layers around. The rooms are stinks,and no proper care takings as well. pathetically breakfast was served like putting for chickens in the cage. Dining surroundings worst ever i come across. I strongly disagree this hotel to be rated as good hotel. Perhaps the management should look into the matter for renovation or reconstruct the service for the guesses. As well i strongly would never recommend this hotel ever to anyone. The only things we are comfort with is the bellman and room service boys who are polite and humble gestures.

Cleanliness : 0 star:they bring back used glasses to the table again with out cleaningAbide to law: 0 star : looking at the way they brought used glasses to the table, i have ordered packaged drinking water, the MRP is 20. Its kinley water. They charge 30 for the same. Selling things above MRP is an offence in india.Service : 2 star : it takes a while say 10mins to be attended by staff. Food ordered will be delivered in parts.Taste of food : 3 Star. good, but looking at their cleanliness, I doubt the quality.Value for money : 1 star, there are better alternatives in the area if you can spend 10%more.

Poor maintenance, bad service, did not maintain the hotel, and it cant be rated as star hotel. Need to upgrade the quality and internal design as well. This is hotel consider gave worst experience to me when I enquiry for room. The management should give more training to their respective staffs to increase the awareness of customer service. The rooms have to be refurbish if they wanted to retain the number of guests.
