I found this from Google & Shalini was so kind to take my order at 9:00 PM & when I gave her the message for the cake she understood the importance that is a farewell for one of our guys in office and she took complete ownership & ensured to deliver within 45 min. She followed up with me if the delivery person did not damage the cake during transit. Good customer service. I placed an order again with her to deliver a cake for my friend’s birthday in Coimbatore and she handled it pretty well. She did coordinate with her contacts in Coimbatore and delivered the cake. Good work Shalini for you & your team. All the best👍🏻
