A perfect place to shop with lot of discount and offers. Can able to enjoy good ambience. Almost all food items are available. Frozen foods such as dairy products are also available. Parking space available for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. A must place for peaceful shopping.

Given that there are of the places to shop, the challenges in this places are as so...1. It is always kind if impossible to find a parking space here, even when we do, the watch man is not happy that we are parking2. Most of the time, the billing section is either full or without an attender3. Customer bags not allowed? Other stores allow them, why is this not allowed here, you can check the bag before billing.... just that keeping it in a place outside, then completing the billing and getting it does not sound like convinceOnce you all the above points are met, this place is a good place to shop. Given the struggle, out of ten times I got to shop, only once would like to visit this location of Reliance fresh.

Super market run by reliance, need to improve customer relationship effectively. Most of the time out of three cash counters only one or two is functional and customer need to wait. Sales team are not helpful, we need to move and search them and of course customer need to be updated concerning offers during visits.

Shop is good, but offer items are looted by the small retailers. They come early in the morning and buying all offer items and selling in their shops without offer. Customers are not getting the benefits.Also price tags are not maintaining properly. When we go to billing the rate will be different.

Great products, rude employees. Security person was the only courteous person, I have rated this even lower this time because the employee is still remain rude and bad pricing practices what is shown on the shelf and what is billed are different and manager adjusts only when we ask for it, if not it is a happy sale for them, buy at your own risk

Shop offering good products at best rates like other reliance fresh shops.

Store is good , but employees loot fresh stock once the load arrives. Also they they dont come for billing & sit & chat inside. The landline number cant be reached but it rings because they dont pick.

I am purchasing passed 5years , Price wise ok , but all basic items stock not maintain properly, some item Date of expired , like biscuits .i never seen such a issue in any other reliance fresh shop.Lot of improvement required .
