I recently ordered a cake from Cake world kandanchavadi..It was for my sons 1st birthday .. Its 3 KG cake I told several time to make the best in butterscotch and Blueberry with Nuts..they keep promising me it will be full of nuts and cream..When I cut the cake it was the worst one to eat very dry cake and not even one piece of nuts..Never purchase anything from this shop

I dont want to give this one start even. I have bought chocotruffle 1/2 kg cake yesterday from this branch(PERUNGUDI Near police booth). When I was cutting the cake, I realised that it was spoiled. My sister had food position because of this.Eventhough the shopkeeper knows that was an old stock, he just sold it for money. This morning I went there for returning the cake. I found another customer was there with same complaint which is of same flavor.The shopkeeper was too rude while replacing the cake. WHY CAKE WORLD YOU ARE SPOILING YOUR BRAND VALUE??????

The guy here was very friendly and he made arrangements for me with the cake in just 20 minutes How cool is that I just didnt even have to wait for a cake, the cake was super good and everyone loved it. I am pretty sure to return to the shop whenever I wish to buy a cake next time.

Very normal cakes, if you want to eat cakes badly and have no other option, I would recommend this place.I had horrible experience with black forest and German black forest cakes. Will be reluctant to try cakes in any Cake World now.

Wanted to give zero star rating giving this since there’s no option! The worst cake I have ever had in my life! 507 rs is a loss for me! Didn’t expect this from cake world! The choco chip choco truffle cake was a pathetic one!Cake world is losing reputation because of this branch!

Cakes are very good but customer service is very poor. Delivery service is pathetic and keeps disappointing every time. There are other shops around this area that bake / deliver the same cakes with a bit lower price point and much better delivery and customer service. I stopped ordering from them after they messed up a order and the manager was arrogant and defensive even after I kept insisting that it was not the first time they messed up deliveries.

Cakes is very nice taste and the manager charles give good response keep it up.

Very very worst experience... ordered choco truffle but i received choco cream...the manager of the customer care is fit for nothing....she use abusive langauage on customers when we complaint about thir bad service..the manager name is jaya lakshmi...
