I ordered a fondant cake and sent them a design. It was more than what I expected. The design was amazing and colour combinations were great. The person who spoke with me was very polite and professional as well. The taste of the cake was amazing too. Would highly recommend this shop💯

Service rendered:Ordered design was not delivered.Requested customize stencil not given.Ordered in one location got delivered fom other location so delivery charge high.Customer relationship poor. Got small end of the stick, by seeing reviews ordered but totally disappointed in end result.Will never try again cause not one positive tick. Wouldnt give 1 star also.Cake:In the cream strands of nylon/plastic pieces. Attaching pic for reference.Very disappointed, ordered pineapple cake they assured pieces of pineapple layered inside but only sugar syrup soaked layer. No taste of pineapple.Please come and collect the product.

Not worth for the money , for shaping they got 600 rs extra for 3 kg , but the shape and the finish is like local bakery , not like a professional service , one worst experience with this shop , totally waste of money , I selected this shop by review but this is the fare review after I get der service
