My first & worst experience at peters road SARAVANA BHAVANS FRESH BAKES..... i bought (Bill No:3.12543 dated 25-09-2016 amt. Rs.1230/-) 1.5 kg black forest cake for my sisterss sons birthday.. that cake was not baked well and tasted like clay.. i made a compliant thro ph. then i went in-person & showed them... 1st the mistke was accpted by the baker.. but supervisor hesitated..IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FROM THE WELL KNOWN ORGANISATION....???i give one star for the baker for his honest.....
