Went at 9 pm in night for birthday cake. And they told that cake has to be freshly made and gave me choices and explained the prices. Ordered vanilla half kg cake. Was freshly made in 20 mins and packed and given. Taste was yum and cream was fresh to taste. Thank you for that pleasant experience. Cost was 600rs for half kg cake excluding GST.

I had ordered a rosemilk tresleche cake similar to the one I got from them 3 months back. The macrons and the name desings were not as per my specifications and very amateurish.When I contacted the store they told they will get back to me in sometime. But they have not responded till now despite me calling them again.Totally frustrated. One bad experience is all it takes to screw your patrons trust in your brand.. extremely disappointed

I ordered a 1kg chocolate tres leche cake on august 3rd, for delivery on august 6th 3pm. We called them on 3rd, to tell them to take care of the order since we knew the customer service was not great for the previous cake we ordered. We called them yesterday and today from 3pm . The customer service executive Lakshmi Priya hardly responded properly. Everytime she said its fine and call us back in a sec and cuts the phone mannerlessly. She didnt call back.Then at 6pm when all the guests arrived we called her up to check and she said there was a small problem. It seems they didnt take the order and even begin baking it . She lied and said its on the way few mins back . We asked her to refund the money ,but she refused and said they dont have facilities for that. Later she said theyre preparing a fresh cake and itll reach us by 8pm . We wanted them to atleast deliver it the next day but that woman cant even listen and cuts the phone immediately. We werent given their manager or anyone elses contact number eventhough we asked them several times. Finally they delivered the cake at 10.30pm and it wasnt even the freshly prepared cake she promised. The icing on the cake is they sent us a 500GMS ORDINARY CHOCOLATE CAKE AT 10:30PM. Another person Vijay coordinating with us in the night said we only ordered half kilo and blamed us and the delivery boy. Very money minded people and rather order from a small bakery. Moreover theyre very rude and unapologetic. Pathetic cake for rs1426 ,500gms and below is the screenshot of the calls we made . Horrible customer service. Theyre not worth even a single star. They spoilt our mood and our function which is unacceptable.

At the end of the week if you wanna have a nice cup of cappuccino and a little bite with your friends in a really nice neighborhood, Coco Jaunt is the place. The peri peri wings are to die for.

Friendly staff and good ambience.Not a very big Cafe, suitable for a date or hanging out with a small group of friends.The burgers and sandwiches are very okayish, so try fries instead, they have a variety to choose from.Finding a parking space is easy.Worth one visit.

Many issues with the coco jaunt.1. Delay in preparation(Actually forgot the order itself). So delayed delivery.2. Ordered a blackcurrant cake without soaking. But received a normal cake.3. The cake was fully soaked in sugar syrup to increase the weight. Couldnt even eat a piece completely. None of the guest had the cake.4. For this they charged 4k which was worth less than 1000rs5. Worst quality ever had. Small bakeries would do better job than this.Please dont order here even accidentally.

I was looking for a place to buy a cake, and this restaurant came up. I was hoping to see at least 2 or 3 different cakes in their chiller. But, they only had chocolate truffle cake in 1kg and 500g. I went with the 1 kg cake. The texture of the cake was soft, and it was delicious. There were very few desserts on display. I decided to have my dinner at the restaurant during my visit. My order was for a Peri Peri Fries, Curious Case of Chilli Buttons Pizza and a Lemon Iced Tea. The golden-brown fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were perfect. The presentation for the fries was appealing. I was a bit disappointed with the pizza. The crust was thin, but the quantity of the cheese dominated the whole pizza. I dont know since when did people in Chennai start eating so much cheese like the Europeans. I found it difficult to slice the pizza and to take a bite. The Lemon Iced Tea was refreshing. Also, the restaurant felt like it needed more air conditioning because the air was sultry. Their service was fast, and their staff was courteous. Pricing was moderate. I would recommend this place for their Peri-Peri Fries.

Everything was yummy.We enjoyed every bit of time we spent there. Their desserts are also heavenly.Looking for a place to chill this evening??Then without thinking twice head to Coco jaunt. It was not a great experience here. Ive been to this place 6-7 times.The service here is pretty bad and late. Either the waiters take too much time to serve or at times the customers are left unattended for a real long time.Food is good and delicious. Theres a huge wide range of dishes to choose from. A typical cafe atmosphere and average Ambience.Good place to hang out with friends, a quick catch up with besties, dated. Not a great place for family members. There is parking lot space available and its free.

After a long tiring day, we went to this place to have some good dinner food but it was even more devastating. It used to be good. We ordered the Wai Thai panner sandwich, it just had a big slice of Paneer inbetween the buns, it tasted horrendous. The Mayo had a weird taste. Only the French fries and Tortillas were good but it was not worth the money.

I ordered twice with them and they impressed me so much with the output. The cake as such is quite soft and delicious and the taste is out of the world. I tried the gulab jamun cake which was quite a find and the rose milk flavour. They also customise as per your needs. I feel the pricing is also good compared to other cake shops.

Went to Coco Jaunt after booking a table on the Dineout app. And I must say. It was totally worth it!!We had- Irish Milkshake, hot chocolate, cappuccino, Honey Chicken, Alfredo Pasta, Chicken with Herb steak, Bolognese Pizza and Chocolate truffle.Everything was extraordinary. And they were sweet enough to help out with my sister in law’s crying baby. Bonus points to them!

I have ordered a black currently shark theme cake . Its the worst cake I have ever had. Its not black current. It a cheep plain cake. And the shark theme was not sticking in the cake when delivered . Its the worst . Pls dont order here

A gloomy place for dinner in Chennai. The main selling point here is the taste of food served here. The service time could be improved. Each time you visit here the taste of the food will tempt you to come back. We ordered peri peri prawns which tasted good but was very lacking in quantity! The chicken mayo creamy sandwich was good. The chicken bbq wings was excellent! The restaurant is located just near ya mohideen elite Anna Nagar branch . There is a parking facility in front of the restaurant. 👍🏻✌️

The burgers are amazing. Would recommend the room for two. The pizzas are delicious as well with a thin crust . It has decent and vibrant color combination of grey and yellow interior which is pleasant for dining !

Humongous burgers for junk food lovers, a burger to an extinct level. Serving many other than burgers are many. They have a tall burger which costs 760 (included GST). Stomach filling burgers & chickens. If you have Zomato Gold you’ll be more worth it than anything it’s too cheap with Zomato gold.

Firstly the ambience, you wont find it as good as it was in the pictures when you checked out first! But it wasnt mediocre either.Coming to food. Paneer makhani fries was delish. The rest of em wont disappoint you either. (Other than the Inde route pizza)Gotta mention their super responsive service as well, kudos for that.

I wasnt very much impressed with this Anna Nagar branch when it was just like a bakery, but with a lot of main course items being added up and more coming up as well, this has now been added in one of my favorite cafes, so my 2nd visit is not too far ...!!! :)

Extremely rude and delayed service.When I ordered a pastry and brownie for takeaway, I had to wait for about 30 mins to receive my order. The person who took my order looked perplexed, instead of informing me beforehand that they intended to MAKE my pastry right then. Moreover, when I asked about the delay, another employee said in the rudest possible tone that they were preparing the order. Lastly, I have had way better brownies in Chennai, at bakeries where I wasnt screamed at. Would never visit again.

It was amazing experience over there...the place was too good nd had good wall paintings which was interesting...regarding food it was well cooked nd spiced perfectly....i tried peri peri chicken which was totally good...nd beef fries...cheesy fries...barbeque wings...falafel wrap and pizza....i thoroughly enjoyed the food...it tasted very good...after i went there...i brought peri peri chicken for the next 2 days too....i recommend everyone to try ✌

Worst service. I ordered a cake for delivery slot at 11-12 and when I called them they say they will deliver it only at 3. And the man who spoke was so rude and arrogant.this is not the way to behave. If you cannot delivery at a particular time , do not commit.

I went here ordering birthday cake for my pregnant wife.. the shop ambience and the theme were very unique and nice.. the staff helped me to make a choice on the cake and I gave a specific cake design which depicted my wife.. and they gave me as I asked for.. felt very happy.. cost was bit high but the end product made me happy.. I would prefer this shop if you want cake with specific theme.. this is the cake design!!!

Date of visit - 25th December 2020We bought paneer tikka sandwich which very poor than normal sandwich shop .. it is jus 2 layer ...We also bought cheesy french fries which is very very very soggy and very sour !!Worst customer service and person in shop is not aware of present day menus and its availablity .We ended up paying 500 rupees which is not at all worth ..

Visited the place with my friends. The ambiance was absolutely astounding. The food was awesome as well. The only (small) problem I had was with the wait times. Even though the food was worth the price, one has to note that it is not competitively priced. Please check out the menu in Zomato or other websites before visiting this place. But I can thoroughly recommend this place if you dont mind spending extra money. Waiters were very friendly as well.

Amazing food and great desserts . All the dishes are equally gobsmacking. Only thing that’s a bit inconvenient is the amount of time they make you wait after ordering the food , it ranges from 45 mins to one hour .... if that’s reduced then all is great .
