This is a vegitarian restaurant. I had breakfast lunch and tea.The food quality and the waiters are exceptional👍. However I reduced 2 stars as 1) My credit/debit card did not work dt 04.10.2019 (first time lunch) and they were not keen on providing solution which I think is very poor and I paid by cash. Next 2 times I did not ask and paid cash. So keep cash in hand. Worst part they were pretending that my card has a problem. Thats poor as I visited another shop and paid by the same card.2) Breakfast combo deal, they did not provide 1 of the items and did not care to inform. Service should be better on that front as when a customer should be charged for what he is served. That was very pathetic. However their ambience is awesome. Food too is good

Saiva meen kuzhambu with Idly that was the very good combination I liked so much in Surabhi Restaurant Nungambakkam, & also cost of the food is moderated only. I think this is newly opened restaurant in chennai but the taste was amazing like traditional. We have celebrated our colleague engagement the staffs were supported very kindly to cut the cake.

I usually dont go out for eating to a veg restaurant. But now after having a breakfast at surabhi. Im thinking of having this on my regular eating list. Ive ordered mini idly combo in which they gave a plate of garlic, podi and sambar idlies. All the varieties are too good. Especially sambar idly. Then when it comes to sweet section rasamalai and chum chum were very tasty. Gulab jamun was hot and rasagulla was too sweet.

Its a fine dine kinda restaurant with quiet reasonable price. Recently opened this pure veg restaurant helps the localites & tourist to eat tasty food with beautiful ambience. If youre going for kunch here, go by 1pm because after that you might not get space to sit.

Good platter options for vegetarians in south indian, north indian and continental options. Tomato and basil soup is a must try. Vismaya was the waitress at our table. She was great at service and was quick on her feet with our orders, hot water, paper napkins, etc

Online photos & review are all completely opposite to the reality.... Family dinner got spoilt.....

Not that great of a place in my opinion. Alot needs to be improved including the customer service and the time taken to serve the food. The taste of the food as well is not upto the mark.

Its a good restaurant but the manpower is less. We need to wait for longer time even for small order. If youre looking for a quick breakfast I would suggest you to find some other hotel. If you have time then its a good place to eat.

Wonderful place. I love their veg kothu parota. Being from southern and southern part of India, eating at Surabhi makes me feel am home again. And not to forget their hygiene place. Love it! Definitely a go to budget place if you are in Chennai!
