My most favorite place. The food was so delicious. My husband and I were gone. Well treated...

I ordered butter chicken which we all know how it looks like, they offered me a chicken gravy dark brown in color. When I protested I do not want this one and this is not how butter chicken look and taste like, the Owner of the restaurant intervened and said this is how we make and when I said I dont want to eat this he instructs his team not to take further orders.Id prefer Zaitoon all day. They know how to speak with customers let alone their authentic quality of food.Besides, there are hardly any customers for a Saturday night.

One of the best place for dinner when we run out of options. But never has this place failed to amaze us with the quality of the food. Have written enough of this place so keep it simple and short,this is a restaurant that has food that tastes excellent, the ambience is decent but could be more cleaner for my liking but the quality of the food has always been appreciateable.

I have visited thrice in the last 2 months. Taste and quantity is good. Just need to improve on the waiting time.

The restaurant is using fancy offer as bait to attract customers only. We were charged full (regular rates) after eating, when questioned, the staffs were very rude in answering especially the manager in charge.With respect to food - mutton biriyani is not 100% mutton but beef-mutton, it was partially cooked and unable to eat. Stay cautious with this place.!

Worst ever experience, their is no proper customer service. Then why the hell you people are opening an resturant and showing as if youre the best.Not at all well I will share my experience over plam jumeira resturant.I went to this restaurant on 24.03.2021 - Wednesday on that time I ordered a chocolate milk shake and a strawberry milk shake, what they bring on my tablet was a vanilla milk shake and that to was not worthy for 140rs each. They have just used ice cream thats all for that they are charging this much.Please my kind request is the owner of the restaurant should monitor everything whats going on in your restaurant, because people are so lathergic on their work.

My first visit to the place, typical Arabian style dishes will be served here. They have beautiful seating facilities for group n couples apart from normal tables n chairs. We took a group setting on the floor, it will be likes a separate room u can really enjoy it. One point is they need to improve the lighting which will be more Appealing

Food has always been delicious. I have tried many items and they never disappointed me in taste. My all time fav are Mandi, chilli bbq chick n egg fried rice. Im addicted to their egg fried rice.Ambience is not classy as it’s getting aged now, yet worthy enough to visit and eat food, hence rating 5 star.

Worst Service ! They take a long time to serve a order, also there are no waitress to serve. They will server gray but you have to wait for the naan/parata. No basic sense it should be serve together else you wont enjoy your food !

We went here for dinner. Mr safar who took our order was having really big attitude like he is doing a favor by taking our order. We ordered full mandi and as u can see in the picture he mixed biryani rice with mandi as mandi was over upon asking he said that mandi was over so he mixed biryani rice !! The gravy which he served along with mandi was spoilled and rotten. Worst restaurant ever. Please everyone stay away from this horrible place

Hello palm jumeira team, i went to palm jumeira xpress. You have to shout to get water and waiter doesnt even bother to say sorry for being late, food supply so much of time, should visit other branches not this. i dont know that waiter name, he weared white shirt black phant, i dont know his name, not weared cap also, i asked offered biriyani but he said me compulsory to eat regular biryani.

I had a Platter & Briyani with my friend.First of all there is No Parking Facility.They ask us to keep the vehicle outside the restaurant as like they will takecare of it, then they will inform police to pickup it for no parking.Police and the restaurant people are having tie-up on getting commission from us. I paid Rs. 300 to Police for parking outside the restaurant. That too it is informed by the restaurant person Ansari and others to keep the vehicle outside.Its Okay, if we loss our money but they will put us in such a embarrsing situation. They will fight with us and Police will claim as much they want.Be Aware of this Restaurant

I have tasted many mandhis from Chennai and Bangalore and must say this restaurants mandhi is less flavorful and not satisfying.

Worst service ever. Before one hour my mom got a parcel of mutton Briyani of Rs130/- when I unboxed it. There chicken instead of mutton.Not only this when I went their with my family for dining on new year their service was worst. The worst restaurant i ever visited.First we order staters with butter nans and curry, we have waited 30 minutes to get those items, food is ok good.When the items came we again ordered 3 chicken biriyanis, we finished our items and we are waiting for biriyanis, we keep on asking where is the biriyanis, they said 5 minutes 5 minutes. meanwhile our plates are like that.After 1 hour the manager came to us and simply said we dont have biriyanis and we only have some steamed rice.Here my question is, It is a basic common sense that what and all items are in the kitchen and what items are completed.when the customers come to the restaurant they can get to know about the items and if they want to eat they will eat and leave.But now in this situation what we have to do..?

This place is exactly opposite to main entrance of express avenue mall.It has good seating, very good maintenance, and the interior is also very impressive. And of course like any other multi cuisine restaurants the order to arrive at the customer table takes around 20-30 minutes.Even theres a enough place to eat Mandi with family. Coming to the part of taste, biryani is very much better than any other famous restaurants.I personally had grilled chicken that was really an awesome dish of the day.

Went here with great expectations. But the chicken Mandi we ordered was no where comparable to the authentic Arabic taste. The rice they served tasted like a normal Indian Biryani. The Shawarma too lacked the true Arabic taste, but still it was decent. Apart from that, the ambience was quite good and the service was also good. The rates are reasonable.Will never go here again to eat Mandi!

Ok so it’s not the first time that I have ordered from there through swiggy. But today, I had sent my staff to go and purchase it from the restaurant directly as my office is very near to the restaurant. In Swiggy I had been paying around Rs 240 inclusive of all the delivery charges. The price mentioned in Swiggy is Rs 204, however when I bought it personally from there. I have spent only Rs 110 inclusive of gst and packing charges. This is completely cheating to customers.

Kerala porotta ordered was OLD and rock solid, the chicken gravy was also from previous day I think. I paid the full amount without eating and left, i was tired and dont want to involve in any altercation. Not even capable to give 1 star but google doesnt have an option to give ZERO star. If management is looking at this message, just one suggestion to you. If the left over is there, then plz give it to beggars or throw somewhere out. Dont use that for next day, i know that all restaurants are doing it for saving their money. But, what if something happens to the customer after having the OLD foodAnswer to your response: Not required, like I suggested, give fresh meat/dish to the customers. Thats all I wanted.

The majlis dinning room is excellent. I felt really comfortable in majlis dinning. Few things are excellent like prawns, fish Tikka, chicken faham, but the mandi was the worst one, the rice was having strong flavor of cloves.

Top class food but little waiting for order

Very average biriyani. Dont know what these people are thinking to sell such food for that much of money.Our home made biriyani smells and taste far better than this.Mutton pieces were full of bones fats and that small amount of meat stuck to it dint cook properly. Meat was very rough and hard. Too much of oil in biriyani and no taste or smell. It felt like eating badly made tomato rice with birinjal and raita. Even brinjal was terrible. Wont give even a second look to this place. Only good thing was the basmathi rice was cooked in a proper way ,very soft. That is all.there are better places than this guys for biriyani. This is the worst place i have ever had a biriyani.

Great restaurant with nice ambience and food

If your going in groups of 6+, then they treat you like a king.If 1-3 then they care more about bigger batches than you.We had to wait an hour to get seats, when in fact people who came after us ate and left as well. Simply because they were bigger batch.But these numb nuts took it a bit further.Once the restaurant was emptied at 11:30 pm, we decided to order dessert. (Again everyone who came after us had left)They made us wait till 12 for falooda. We went down to check if the falooda is coming up since the waiters and smiley face manager had left us unattended.We found them chatting and saw the falooda was not even started.We asked them to put the falooda where it belongs, paid the bill and left.The food was good.They need to work more on customer satisfaction, and not just putting on a freaking smiley fake face.
