Edit 12/Jul/2021:I see that the owner has responded to my review after 2 years. The customer apathy & arrogance clearly comes across in the response, for everyone to see (which is what I was pointing out in my review)! I also see that they have responded on similar lines to another improvement feedback from another frustrated customer. I cant thank them enough for authenticating my review :-).However, its sad that even after 2 years since this review, they still seem to have a lot of ground to cover in taking customer feedback gracefully and keeping customers happy. Godspeed & good luck!Original Review:They come across as very insecure, arrogant and high handed in their behavior. They hide the details the customer would need to understand what he is paying for - they would not give any of that. I had given an art piece for refurbishment & repair and they just gave me a quote without telling details on how they are going to repair and refurbish it. Bcoz I could not get clear answers, I requested them to let me speak to their carpenter (who is doing the actual work) . But their staff spoke to me very rudely. It really gave me a sense that they were really hiding something. Plus their attitude was frustrating.. left me wondering if they were thinking I had no where else to go?Their collection is good and I was going to place an order for about 10 tanjore paintings with them - but because of this very bad experience (thank God for it) - I had to look elsewhere to a more honest, transparent and friendly place.And the owner Revathi mam is least bothered about her customers. I raised these concerns with her and she said she is happy to see me go elsewhere! She had absolutely no remorse of any kind for the experience I had with her shop. Such is their attitude to their customers!Stay away from them, if you can.

After waiting for a whole hour, the owner decided not to show up inspite of knowing that I was waiting for her in the shop. She had a cleaning lady in charge who couldnt even tell me the price. Poor customer service and ridiculously priced.
