The most important thing is to make video of evey crack and plumbing issue before hand and show to owner and agent both otherwise when you leave, everything ll be on your head to pay for. Had worst experience in dealing with the people while leaving the flat. Shifting in and shifting out charges are also taken from you. Its an open loot in short. Beware!

The houses are spacious and nicely decorated but there are pigeons everywhere and the buildings have a really big problem of cockroaches..... It can be taken care of but it wont be that easy

I am currently a resident here and regret staying here.The maintenance management is horrendous.Though I am a tenant here for last 3years and share a great rapport with my owner, but both me and my owner are tired of the way the maintenance works here.I have seen it degrade over the years with the new management being one of the most arrogant one over the years.They recently demanded all the other owners to make a one-time payment on behalf of all the defaulters,to generate revenue to keep the society services running.I fail to understand why me/my owner are supposed to pay for someone else?Recently,my car was also locked due to the fact that I did not give them the RC and allotment papers for parking,for which,neither I nor my owner received any mail or intimation. This society is one of the worst to stay at as of now.Any prospective buyers should think twice before investing here,either in property or as rental.

I was living in Olympia in a rented 1 Bhk flat owned by S Vijaya Kumar and his wife V Thavamani. My broker’s name was Anand.After living there for 14 months vacated the house in a fully working condition but the owner robbed me. Inspite of no damages, she cut ₹ 16000 and gave different excuses at different time for cutting the money. This is my first hand experience of money laundering by a land lord. The broker, Anand had full participation in coming up with a new excuse each time for extorting the huge amount. They both robbed me and eventually stopped responding to my calls.

Great news ! Water connection obtained from corporation. Expect the prices to rise. Great Investment on the main road.

This place should be called olympia slum not olympia grande.Lived here for 6 months.Vestian services which is managing this building is absolutely useless.

Excellent Location at GST Road at Pallavaram. Located near Ponds Bridge. Twice I had been here for visiting my friend. Seems to have been built by L & T. So being only a Visitor I am not entitled to comment. But it definitely looks good.Right from the Entrance, we have to wind our way to reach the Blocks which is laboriousWhile coming out the Road is straight. Design of the Building Confusing. The Windows in the name of Fashion are very small.Somehow, I did not like the design which gives the impression of a very nicely assembled pigeon holes and not a home. Inside the Unit ( Double Room) which I visited I felt it wasdarker inside may be due to small windows.

It is a total nightmare for tenant. Not Safe and secure for family. The association is not properly formed. There is no properly quarterly report and yearly report for the maintenance amount paid not even receipts provided for the paid amount. I moved out of this apartment on 17th July. The worst part is they said I have maintenance due. My owner was present with me. They did not allow me to take the vehicle inside unless the dues were cleared. The owners was clearing the depths. But with a 11months baby...they made me wait for 4 hours without allowing the vehicle. Since we had packed everything, we had difficult time feed the baby and my 8 years daughter. The accounts person whose gets the salary from our maintenance money, behaves as though he is the owner of all the flats inside. A worst guy I have ever seen in my lifetime. A heartless idiot. The worst ever association that I have ever seen in my 12 years of Chennai experience. Never ever choose this apartment for rental. Main thing is the water. No bore. No metro water. During summer water scarcity is very high due to shortage of tanker water availability. Supply of water was not even there for more than 10 days. IF YOU WANT TO SUFFER THEN THIS IS JUST THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU.

Worst Place to LIVE in Chennai.NO Water at all for many days inspite of charging RS. 3.5 per sq ft Maintenance. The Association and Maintenance Members dont come out in open, they always keep hiding and they dont listen to your problems.No one should ever think of even entering in this Olympia Apartment,Or else,You will just SUFFER, SUFFER, SUFFER, SUFFER, And will get caught in a place worse then HELL.Please Save yourself from this Hell, NEVER ENTER in their Premises.

I gave a start since i could not rate less than that. I live there for an year and the place is horribly maintained.1.Association crooks extorts money from the occupants, they increase maintenance just like that, and suddenly pop with invoices stating expenses over shoot , so pay up2. Water quality is sub standard, no treatment or disinfection system. They just supply whatever tanker gives you. Water smells most of the times and no one cares about it.3. External areas bulbs are fused, and no one seems to bother.4. Lastly the location of the building right next to busy GST road brings in loads of dust and dirt to your house.5. I pay 22000 rent and 4000 maintenance per month and the place is not worth it.

By far the worst apartment you can think of moving into chennai.Following are the reasons i can think of, after staying here for more than 3 yrs:1. Steeply priced rental and the maintenance is even more at Rs3.5/sqft - A better apartment 2km inside pallavaram will cost you 20% to 30% less in rental, with maintenance only at Rs2.7/ Sqft.2. Ineffective apartment association - Even after paying Rs3.5/Sq ft, the service lifts are not working most of the time and somedays you get muddy water in the bathrooms.3. Legal issues - Charges of corruption against the present association has led to a legal tussle among the apartment members, this has put the once civil society under unrest and hatred. The builder also hasnt fullfilled the promise of giving the apartment without any legal issues to the owners.4. Unscruplous elements - The Police had to arrest a murderer who was hiding inside a friends room inside the apartment. No proper background checks conducted by the owners against the tenants. Frequent police visits inside the apartment complex is a common sighting these days.5. Location - The apartment is located on the GST road next to the chromepet to thoraipakkam flyover. Its flanked by unclean areas both the sides and heavy traffic in the GST road. The traffic is unlikely to reduce as the apartment is on the road that connects to the heart of chennai.

The problem I faced here is bad quality of water (few times) and high maintenance otherwise its a pretty good apartment with prime location and amenities
