This place is great. It has a reading room where people can drop in and learn how photography was practiced before internet.

The CPB Foundation is a non-profit charitable trust engaged in promoting photographic art, meaningful socio-cultural discussion and educational activities. Active around the year, the Chennai Photo Biennale is its primary activity.

The work they do is brilliant.

Visited the CPB exhibition, Labyrinths at the Senate House. Thank you for opening such a exquisitely beautiful old building up to the city. Was almost unable to take in the exhibits as the building was so distracting, but so many things that I saw that day have remained with me since. Not much has given me hope in the past few years but this entire venture, these free exhibits that interact so vividly with the city and its people, has made my old bitter heart so happy.
