These Customer Service Guys are so sweet that they wont activate the sim at all...... Go there and pay ₹25. Sit back and enjoy with the sim.....I hold 2 simcards with me. One has 7G and another, they say its 8G and device supporting that will be launched in 2029..So waiting for the launch....Potatoes....

Nice ambience. Professional approach by the staff and they try to quickly solve the customers requirements. This place is easily accessible. Exclusive parking place is not available but people are managing as road is wide enough. Demonstration of the products and services are well done through a LED visual screen interface.

No one bothers to ask what. Its a premium airtel show room and they dont have Sim card stock. A customer knows better than a sales person and when I say something thing available for such quantity and for price the reps dont believe. They make fun of it.

Service is good for postpaid customers. For Prepaid customers, the options are less hence they dont add much value. No parking, so find ypur spot on the road side

Many times I use to go there for my Airtel sim issues like sim lost, sim postpaid conversion, sim prepaid conversion, Port, etc. I experience that they provide decent service but they are not good in way of answering to the customer. Sometimes they issues token and some times not. Whenever I went there, surely I have to wait for long time to get resolve for my query, request or complaint.

Good customer service, easily accessible, hassle free first come first serve basis ticketing system, automated servicing for few services... Overall good.

This showroom does not even eligible for 1 star.. they cheated us by getting the payment of Rs.2700 and said they didnt get payments.. we run down them with the help of the CCTV camera.. now aadhar adding scene. Responsive staffs, accessibility is good as this place can be reached both by bus (Canara Bank bus stop) and train (Ambattur Railway Station). Easily visible on the main road (Canara Bank to Ambattur O.T). Waiting time may vary based on customers. Sometimes we need to get a token from kiosk else we just walk to the counter. Replaced my old airtel SIM with new 4G SIM in few easy steps. The showroom is open on all days of the week from 10am to 8pm.

I stand for half now nower they are not up dating my aadhaar card they toldme net work problem in ambattur on sunday at 5pm and i updated in anna nagar

Worst service , I got my SIM card from this store 4 days back for postpaid to prepaid conversion . I was told the connection will be activated in 24 hours ,Its 4 days now and my postpaid connection is deactivated and prepaid is not been activated yet. , On calling Airtel customer care they give irresponsible answer that document has not reached and they cant do anything .Airtel customer care does not even have contact number of Airtel stores . The number that comes up online goes to some sales guy .
