People are friendly and theyll complete the work asap, worst case they might ask you to leave the product with them, also you can pay through paytm and other apps. I would suggest best customer service for preethi products.

Preethi gives lifetime free service, charging only for spareparts, repairs immediately done,mostly while you wait for 10mins. rectified, given to you.They accept debit cards, paytm also!

Quick and excellent service

Its my personnel experience , actually shop open at 09:30 am, but I have been there at 09:15 am. I took our mixie there and they told me that to change the motor. ( its a 10 year old preethi blue leaf)I said ok. They start do the work complete with in 15 min.Good Job and great work

I am surpised to see many persons gave 5 STAR Rating for this service centre. I think they are paid reviews.My personal experience is as followsI came here for an repair of my preeti product during my warranty period and the person sitting in the front office was giving improper replies like Other customer service centre wont accept this kind of problems, Product was severly damaged and you need to brought it earlier and he was not customer friendly.After a lot of arguments he agreed to change the damaged item and some spares are not available with them. He charged me some money claiming that they are not included during warranty. HellCustomers are not coming to service centre for begging. Please make us happy through your service.Not at all recommented place for a service.Not going to buy a preeti product in future because need to face this kind of poor service centres.
