I have purchased a washing machine with cover from vasanth and co. Adyar. But the delivery guy, gave us the wrong cover along with the machine. We noticed it only during the installation. When I called the shop, they are asking me to visit the shop and get it exchanged. But my point is, why should I travel up and down 8 kms when the mistake is not mine. They could have easily arranged toexchange it at my doorstep with the same delivery model. But even after calling their customer care, they are least bothered. Its been already two weeks. I am not in a situation to go to shop and I dont want to go also. Feeling like cheated. Pathetic service vasanth and co , Adyar branch.

I placed an order on the 30th August and told me that I would receive the TV on the 31st August. When I called the following day, I was informed that I would receive the product only on the 1st September. Please do not give false promises to customers. This is really not a good customer support. Also the product is costlier than the online website. If it had to be complete lock down then its understandable. But it is not restricted. I am really disappointed for not receiving the product as said by the sales person. If I ask for refund, they give some excuse that gst invoice is prepared and hence refund is not possible. But they can give false promises and should accept it. I thought Vasant & Co. would provide good service.

Its been two days since we bought LG Washing Machine. They are simply telling, driver will call you by 2 PM,3PM, 4PM and after that nobody is picking up the call. Fed up with the false commitments. If they are unable to deliver on time then Atleast they should try to rectify their mistake and ask apologize, nothing is happening here....Really frustrating with these pplI didnt expect this from Vasanth n Co Mgmt...Updated : Now they are here to deliver. thanks

Product is OK, but, the staffs always try to sell some other branded products even though the customers are not interested on that branded products. Waste of time in hearing their boring canvas talk. The price is not fixed, it depends upon the sales man and customers capability.

Pathetic showroom without any covid guidelines followed by staff . They dont even offer santizer at the entrance , we need to request & force them to provide ...The Govt has to seal shop for not follwoing covid protocols ..Sales staff at the TV dispaly was decent but the guy with kotak finance was pathetic , doesnt even want documents required to process loan ...Had a Hotrible time today ..i will never recommend this showroom to anyone..

Dear customers,Here I am sharing my experience which had in last two weeks. I bought LG fridge double door on 16th of jan 21 in adyar vasanth and co branch. After delivery of the product I started using it and on 2nd day I had an issue with the brand new fridge some noise travelling from inside. Same informed to show room(Prem,Bijoy,sudha,)and another two people. But no response and rude behaviors of the staff. They are telling we need to open the fridge and look into it. But simple thing thing I asked them any problem inside the machine its manufacturing problem and why cant you people replace the product? But they not ready to replace and keep on telling that service technician will come and open it and do service. But if any damage happens and there is guarantee.So people when buying any thing from vasanth and co pls be careful and check the reviews!!!Why I am telling means 9yrs back I bought same LG fridge from vasanth and co(t-nagar branch). That time no guidance for me same problem and technician opened and repaired. But after one year the problem occurred and every year I spent 4k!!!Only positive comments regarding the showroom means owners will reply any negative they dont....

And customer is the last on their priority list. And when asked why is it taking so long, they gave me a classic excuse of system being down. Shame!

Vasanth & Co — unprofessional approach at vasanth & co, adyar showroom towards customers.I have had very worst / unprofessional experience with Vasanth & Co.., Adyar showroom when I decided to purchase IFB washing machine dated on 22 October 2017.I went that day to the showroom and asked sales people to showcase fast moving washing machines to be purchased. By that time they were pretending like a polite and professional people. I didnt realize that they will show their another unprofessional face towards me.Shocking surprise - 1Initially everything went well and I decided to go with Bajaj finserv EMI option to finish my purchase. I went on to Bajaj finserv counter and asked him to create new account for my need. Once completed all online formalities he surprisingly demanding 750/- rupees to get the new Bajaj card. I was shocked. He would have told me earlier when he started off all formalities. When I questioning about his approach, he simply told me that I would aware of their (own) formalities. How do I know about their company formalities without telling that to customers. Am I astrologist or kind of fortune teller?After that, he told me that as a Bajaj new card holder, I am having privilege of 1.5% of cash back offer in front of everyone including sales person. I somewhat convinced myself and approached to cash counter to pay the amount of Rs. 16,000/-.Shocking surprise - 2Here I faced second surprise. My instinct told me something. I was about to confirm that they will deliver the product without charges. Surprisingly again they defending about the delivery formalities. They told me that I need to pay nearly Rs.300 for delivery as I am residing at Thiruvanmiyur. They should have told to the customer upfront about these things or at-least if they have common sense, need to provide free delivery service. I thing they should learn from online store competitors I guess they are not completely outdated.Once I completed the card swiping formalities and all, I asked about the cash back offer. They (Bill counter guy and sales person) told me that I will be getting the cash back offer amount by another person who is going to delivery the product at home.Shocking surprise - 3Ok. All set to go. I got my product delivery on-time (!) next day. When I asked about the cash back offer to the product delivery guy, he was staring at me like a kinder-garden kid. I made a phone call to the showroom and they simply (with very cool tone) explained me that I have only 1% (But they told me 1.5% at the time of purchase) of cash back amount and need to come Adyar Showroom to get my cash back (Just Rs. 160/-) money offer. Vasanth & Co billing counter guy and Bajaj finserv guy, both of them completely denying that they werent accepted to provide 1.5% of cash back offer. Is this really professionalism? When I stress them about their fault, tone of those guys are not good towards me.Simply I could say this one... Please dont try to purchase your dream product at Vasanth & Co. They will sucks your peace of mind. They wont keep their promise. This is my bad experience with Adyar - Vasanth & Co showroom.Here is my update now, as on 26 October 2017One person came to my home from Vasanth & Co head office on next day after I raised this complaint in various portal. He asked me about what was happened during the time of purchase. I explained to him all details.Finally he requested apologies about what was happening to me and handover my cashback (1%) amount as in person. Good one. I really appreciated their quick turn around and best of luck for their successful business.

No basic customer rights and false salesIm sorry to share this, but I thought you should know about my bitter experience from Velachery Branch. I came to buy a wet grinder with options from popular brand and with higher budget. However, after so much of persuasion from your sales person on a specific brand I end up in buying it. When I reached home I heard a lot of negative feedbacks for that particular brand I bought and I also checked the review in internet and found it is one of the lowest rated brand. Within 24 hours I arrived to Velachery branch to replace with popular brand of higher price. Even I have not opened the sealing of the product. But your branch manager refused for exchange and was very impolite and behaved unprofessionally, which is just the opposite of what I expected in the form of customer service. I was outrightly told it is customers responsibility in buying the product and not just believe on what sales person says. His exact words Our sales person can tell anything good about the product to push the sales, it is customers responsibility to go home check for reviews and feedback and come back to buy.Now tell me, does that mean the customers should not trust Vasanth & Co and its sales person/manager. I had so much of reputation for Vasanth & Co, so I travelled 15 km to buy from Velachery despite a lot of show rooms around me.Is it not a basic rights for a customer to exchange the product if it not unsealed (not asking for refund, willing to buy an expensive product). Even a small kirana shop do exchange the product.

. Very bad experience . I bought 3 Air-conditioned a few days back . The stabiliser premier had a problem the next day .I spent an entire day calling them and they finally came at ten pm with a different brand and found that they couldnt fix it in the same place as they had no tools they borrowed a screwdriver from me . I am appalled at their indifference .I fully blame the Magement for not giving proper training to the staff who are doing their best .
