Very nice explanation by show room staff Mrs.Anushya. I bought IFB washing machine on Dec 2020. After that i impressed the support of IFB thirumangalam branch i again bought IFB micro wave oven by last month. I really suggest this IFB point thirumangalam show room to my friends and relatives. Very happy for the support.

I met Shri.Anusuya and she explained about all the machines and recommended the best for washing machine Elite new one for me. I was convinced. I bought the same. This is the second one from IFB. Over all good cxperien.she helped for other processes also.

I bought NEO DIVA 6 KG capacity washing machine from IFB POINT in Thirumangalam. The sales person Anushia is a very pleasant person to deal with. She was very helpful and most importantly a very honest person. I went with the intention of buying a certain model but in that model there was just one slot for detergent. Anushia showed me the newer variant where there were two more slots for fabric softener and pre-wash. I thank her for her product knowledge. Also in the newer variant as she promised she was able to offer me a better discount that is honesty

Worst customer service.You go and enquire anythign..the lady there will not respond .you get better service on other outlets.and this lady quotes prices higher than saravana stores or vasanth and co or Shahs...Whats the point in coming to IFB point.Dont recommend anyone here !!

We got two Microwave Ovens and got the best pricing when compared to other IFB points too . One was for chennai and another for another person in Dharmapuri . Happy with the service from Anusuya who works at the Thirumangalam branch as well

Good place they teach every week... But the chef is pretty insolent.. very rude and I think he has mixed feelings towards his orientation... Apart from that the shop sells appliances, which are pretty costly for what is available in the market

I brought the microwave oven model 30frc2 (initially this was not the model i wanted to buy)some how store manager told me he will give me a best price for the above mentioned model for which i paid 16000 in cash.later found the same model to be 13500 rupees in other retailers.i was asked to pick up the product from vadapalani ifb godown as i needed it immediately.the demo guy came three days later.and found the product not working.later a complaint was raised by the demo guy no one took responsible in contacting or informing me about the replacement status.it is almost 20 days still i havent got my replacement. every one i called is saying they are not responsible and keep on giving me different contact numbers. store manager is not picking up my calls.i guess he has blocked my number. kindly dont buy any products from this showroom. better buy from saravana stores or viveks who are giving the same product for 2500 rupees lesser money.

I ordered a micro oven and a oven here. Both are built in models and which were to be installed in the new modular kitchen I was installing for my new home in kathirvedu , chennai on 10 th December. The order was finalised after one week going back and forth with the manager of the showroom Madan as he was not there few times or has to get details etc on 10th November with the commitment of delivering it from Goa with in 7 days . I waited for 15 days with no information from the manager and after calling was told that it will take another two weeks to get it . I was in a precarious situation of not completing my kitchen as this was built in tower model and has to to do the inauguration with out installing the oven and micro . The oven was delivered on 9th December after one month of placing the order. When I called up their branch office in Vadapalani no one took responsibility and were cutting my calls with a message most time, saying that there are in a meeting . May be they have a meeting every day on how to create dissatisfaction to their customers.IFB Has a twitter account and I Wrote to them and no response and after many more tweets they sent a message that my deliver will be on 12 th December . When I was shopping for appliances big stores in chennai like Saravana they were telling us not to buy IFB as their service is the worst. But we thought they were bluffing and has a terrible experience even for receiving the stocks after paying full money and had to do inauguration of my new house with out the kitchen.
