Ya its good in that area ther is near by super market on its location is on bypass its easy for family with going two wheeler but I dont have ideas for govnt bus transport and not near to climb train station because bridge which too far to get tambaram or perungalathur railway station

Good environment, parking is available,24/7 security facility, common area are maintained well. Only problem is water, it is highly salty.. And you need to clean your tap often to get continue supply because salt logs in tap

Actually good structure for a peaceful living but comes with compromises. Bad odour around area, no street lights from the main road, no hospital nearby for emergency. Still a place that ill appreciate on time!!
