I booked in Apr 2020 and construction yet to start. when I spoke with urbanrise Sales Team and CRM, they are not providing any proper information, when its going to start the constructions.Please think 100 times before buying.

Totally flooded area, think 100 times before buying any property at this location, if proof needed visit the place now in Dec 2020Edit Jan 2021 : Road connecting MR Road and XS Reality, in between is Alliance project. Fully flooded, not even two wheeler can come outside

All 5 star reviews are given by the employees of alliance. This itself shows the kind of company this is, fooling and manipulating people. they are trying to manipulate reviews and to lure in naive customers into booking a property here and. I booked in Feb 2020 and now really hoping that my money didnt get wasted here. stay safe and do not put your lifes hard earned money in this one.

Think before buying.I have booked the flat last year, and construction yet to start. when I talk with Sales Team, they informed that construction will start September 2020, then changed to Nov 2020 , then changed to Jan 2021. Finally I got the information that construction will start on Mar 2021. But god only knows when it will start?

Think before you invest in this project, the construction yet to start and no body knows when it will be starting.I am worried about my hard earned money, regretting for investing here.

Price is quite affordable, n d model house is also looking good
