My brother is owning a flat and living there so I do visit once in a fortnight. It is quite good with lot of amenities. Since being new it is fantastic. But in the long run we have to maintain the same which is a big task

Great location with an assured quality construction.The structure and design of the flats could have been better for those blocks which are behind.Seems to be nit slow in progress die to whatever reasons.Once people started occupying, no doubt that it would be a landmark for this location.The primary and main attraction would be the accessibility of this premises from all public transportation system.

Gated community apartment in Alandur, bear cement road junction. Its in close proximity to nanganallur & pazhavanthangal station /subway. It has got lot of amenities like other gated flats such as swimming pool, gym, play area, community hall..etc.

Buying a house in Alandur was my childhood dream. I lived in a rental house here all my life. When I finally wanted to buy a house, Casa Grande Aristo was my first choice. Needless to say, I am happy about the purchase of my new 3BHK apartment here.

Construction going on.. promised for handover on October month during booking.. then December.. shifted to march and now april, may.. Their caption, homes delivered on time every time is just a joke.. No one takes any responsibility.. expected better treatment..
