Worst banking services ever visited , zero customer service, zero covid safety , even the manager and staff is not wearing mask and maintaining social distancing

Bank branch manager is behaving rude. First he have to learn how to behave with customers shouted fellow. Customers are the king u understand that first we are the account holder of our bank. Give respect for us. I dont konw how he survive there for past three years staffs are good. Branch manager is very bad. I cannot forget for his speech. First transfer him some other branch please. Appoint some good manager in that branch. We have goodwill with SBI this people spoil that.

Very crowdy small place no proper response from staff

This branch looks small from outer. I havent visited the bank but visited the ATM besides the bank. It is crowded most of the times since it also has bank deposit machines. It has five machines to serve people needs.

Its the main brach of state Bank of India.. The environment is quite good and customer service is also good.. They use token system to solve customers queries.. Its opened in the morning and closed by evening. But the customers are allowed only until 3 pm. But the staffs will continue to work till evening.

Bad branch no have any contact detail that can easy to write mail or call to branch for any query and bad service for transfer account , if account transfer but CIF no not transfer , can check this account

Fully crowded. Im having account in sbi. Customer needs dont fulfill. Im applied atm card in the March month beginning, till the date no response, Im working in private company. There is no time for visiting bank. Applied leave to an office for atm card issue problem deals to bank. But they simply saying again fill the form and give. Then ok filled form request givened again at 21st March.. till April 13 no response... worst service

Always this bank is crowd. Service is good. Fully air-conditioning.ATM havent money people are so affected.

Customer service was very worst....staffs must be given some basic manners training.

Good service but lot of people have account here so more croud will be here always but no need to worry the banking will be fast and customers will be seated till they reach the counter

Very poor management and bad infrastructure in the building common people are suffering in this branch, no proper response from management and no proper infra eg. if you want to scan or take printout regarding some action doing by staff nothing works there we need to wait or else want to visit on next days when i went there too many people are coming again and again for a single issue , there is less staff to maintain people and who ever works need need more training to handle bank stuff.
